Jennings Music & Education Center has been serving the music education needs of our community for over 30 years by providing quality instruction on virtually all instruments and voice. We are a family-centered business dedicated to enriching the musical experience of your entire family by offering a fun, rewarding and educational service that you can benefit from for a lifetime.
JMEC is utilizing Zoom.us as our official video lessons software. However, some of our instructors (due to compatibility or familiarity), may utilize other platforms such Skype, Google Duo, Face Time, etc. For younger students, parents should be present at the lesson to assist with technology and supervise the student to ensure participation.
Band & Orchestra parents often ask questions about Private Lessons. The following questions and answers will help parents understand the benefits of Private Lessons for their Band or Orchestra student. Private lessons are the most significant predictor of a student's success in music. While not mandatory for success, the individual attention available through private instruction provides tremendous enhancement of your child's skills, motivation, and musical enjoyment.Students, who are interested in being the best in their individual band or orchestra, will take private lessons.

I have been so pleased with Jennings Music and my piano/vocal instructor, Krista! I am a mom of three who wanted to do something for myself by picking up piano and singing. I played piano as a grade school student and always wished I had not quit. It has been a fun and flexible experience learning to play piano again. Thanks Jennings Music and Krista! These people were extremely rude and impatient this evening. I was trying to reach a salesman that left another store. I need a cello but I will not buy from these people. Instead of trying to sell me something they simply hung up in my face. I called right back thinking it was a mistake and they were not kind. They lack good communication skills and have no customer service skills at all. I was expecting them to say, ". the person you are looking for does not work here but we would love to assist you with a purchase".

We LOVE Jennings! My kids look forward to piano with Ms. Karen every week. They do such an amazing job with kids! Karen is patient, warm, and knows just how much to challenge both my kids. I feel like my kids are actually getting music education, not just piano. We highly recommend Jennings and Karen!
