After nearly a year of supply delays, our inventory is finally near its pre-pandemic level. At this point, our beginner banjos are pretty much fully stocked. Some of our high-end models are still delayed, but not nearly as long as they once were. If there is an item in your order that is delayed, we will email you within 2 business days and let you know our best guess for when the delayed item will be available. When you order, even if your item is delayed, you are guaranteeing your spot in line. We are truly grateful for this community of banjo players.
In most cases, we do not require an adult signature for deliveries, however, if you prefer for us to require a signature please note that on your order. The ultimate decision on whether or not to leave your package without a signature is that of the delivery person e.g. UPS/USPS. If you would rather have the delivery person leave your order on your door step it is best to leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required".Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of items in your order along with your shipping destination.

I was looking for a beginner banjo and the good folks at Banjo.com helped me zero in on a Deering Goodtime 2. I've been very pleased with the banjo and with the service I have received from Barry and his staff. I'm in Texas dealing with them remotely and I always appreciate them getting back to me when I have questions and the quick shipping when I place an order. Good people to deal with!

Do not buy anything from this supplier. I am owed money for products I STILL have not received that we're ordered 6 MONTHS AGO. I ordered the Banjo beginner set for $599.99 in June 2021, I received only the banjo with a email reassuring me I would receive all of the other items. October I reached out inquiring about these items, I was told that the supply shortage effecting everyone was the cause, and I would receive the rest of the set asap as they received it a week prior to this follow up.
I gave Barry Waldrep a chance to uphold the purchase and waited again for my items. November I reached out requesting a refund of all items I did not receive, and calculated the cost of them without the banjo in the set, since I had now given up on my purchase being fulfilled. I expressed my gratefulness for his attempt to be helpful and expressed my frustration of being owed money for products I did not receive.
I was assured by Barry I would receive my refund, and apologized for the bad experience. December, no refund and no items. This has been a very awful experience of customer service from what seemed to be a reliable store. I am still owed money, and don't appreciate being avoided when it's owed. I do not recommend that anybody supports this business in anyway, as they have proven to have no value to their costumers or honesty in their purchases.

Ordered a Deering banjo on December 20, 2020 and after making two payments still have not received the banjo. At the time of ordering the banjo there was no mention of delays due to Covid-19 on the website. Now it is posted at the top of the website. After the money that has already been spent I feel we should be getting more updates on when the banjo should arrive.

Though we've had quite a wait on our hands due to Covid, Barry has been absolutely wonderful he always returns calls and responds to emails so while I can't review the banjo I ordered for my husband just yet I can say that I'm quite pleased with how this company has handled our situation. -Update (received the deering goodtime banjo) today and it's perfect, I couldn't believe how well packaged it was, it's absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait for my husband to see it. I would definitely recommend Banjo.com and will certainly be doing business with them again A+++++++

I live in Douglas County, Ga and a few years ago I did several dealings but with mandolin supplies and this is what I found. These folks are the best. They have integrity, that is a strange asset most business don't have but this one has it. They have a super amount of Banjos and they don't mind showing how they sound, wow someone who is proud of their products is that refreshing or what.
They also are honest they won't lie to you it's always straight up, so they won't ho do you but just tell the truth. I am in no way associated with Banjo. Com I just have heard a lots about them and when the need arouse I went to them and it proved very successful for me. Just a honest opinion from a nobody. Rev. T Rice

Great customer service, and good quality products! I ordered a banjo a month ago for my boyfriend's birthday, and still hadn't gotten it yet. So I emailed, and got a response the next day from Barry saying they no longer carry the one I had ordered. To make up for it, they sent me a better quality on for the same price I ordered the original for. Very pleased!
