Extremely helpful and informative. I had a couple of Saxophones that hadn't been played in over a decade, they needed some tweaking. Not only did Stewart dial in my horns but also helped me brush up on some of my skills. Very fair pricing and excellent customer service. I will be returning with any of my future needs.

While they did not have the instrument I was looking for, they were EXTREMELY helpful. Giving me a prompt callback, recommendations and even offering further assistance if needed. Wow :

Janice and Elmore have been great. It is indeed a mom and pop music studio, but they have access to instruments through a larger company. Our daughter has been taking lessons for over a year now with Janice and has done very well. It takes the interest of a child plus good instruction time/guidance to see results. We have been pleased with her and appreciate their flexibility with timing of lessons.

Just a small Mom & Pop studio, probably not equipped like the big stores. Janice was very nice to us and worked in some lessons for my grandson, on very short notice. Had a couple of tutoring lessons, and very pleased so far.

RUDE. Plain rude over the phone. Called to ask a simple question, got a mumbled answer and got hung up on.

This shop stole money from us. When we signed our kids up The owner talked us into signing up for piano lessons. My wife wasn't sure she would use them so the owner promised she would give us a refund if we didn't use them. We were not happy with the quality of the lessons so we decided to stop. When my wife asked for a refund for the remaining lessons we already paid for the owner refused. Also, they are more concerned with complaining about the government than giving lessons. Everytime I took my kids in for lessons I was there for atleast twice as long because they never would start on time. I finally decided to go to a more professional organization

This is a great Mom and Pop full service music store! The owners are about as nice as you could hope for and very helpful.
