Thanks to Ashley and staff I had a wonderful experience deciding upon which harp would be a great fit. They have an awesome selection to choose from and Ashley is so patient and knowledgeable. Nothing but excellent customer service throughout the entire process; so glad I purchased my first harp from AHC!

Ashley, Katherine, Julie, and Rhett make an incredibly knowledgeable, hospitable, and professional team. Ashley has patiently and skillfully guided us through both lever and pedal harp purchases with which we are very pleased. Going to harp center is always a delightful and educational experience. The selection of instruments from beginning lever harps to concert grand pedal harps is outstanding. Harp Center is more than a store, it is a musical community.

I could not have had a better experience at Atlanta Harp Center. We were in the area from out of town. My young daughter plays a small folk harp and is completely harp-obsessed. I wanted her to get the chance to see some larger harps in person so she knows what's down the road for her if she continues on. Ashley was so prompt in answering our emails and calls since visits are by appointment only.
Even knowing we had no plans of making a purchase, we were given gold-star treatment. Ashley played a few harps that my daughter pointed out to show her sound comparisons (and she plays so beautifully). She was so encouraging and kind to my daughter (who can be veeeery rambunctious when she's excited). She gave me a ton of information regarding lessons in our area back home, and was able to point me in the right direction when the time comes for my daughter to move up to a levered harp. Also would like to note that they took COVID precautions VERY seriously which is unfortunately rare to see. It was much appreciated by our family. So impressed.

My love of harps started a few years ago, after moving to Atlanta. Of course, Atlanta Harp Center was the place I shopped because I knew they were professionals. My first harp was a Dusty Strings Crescendo. My second was a Camac Hermine. Because I needed a harp that was larger, I bought a Camac Isolde Classique and Wow!. what a harp. The Camac name is nationally known as a quality instrument and if you play one, you'll understand what I'm saying.
The tension and resonance is perfect! Not to mention, the Camac levers are wonderful. So smooth and yet, do not put the strain on the strings that some other do (minimizing string breaking). After playing a few months and studying under a local instructor, I decided I needed a smaller harp for portability and purchased a Dusty Strings Ravenna 26. It's cute and light and its action is more Celtic than Classic.
There are several quality brands out there and trust me on this, Atlanta Harp Center sells them all. Take a few minutes out of your day, make an appointment and enjoy talking to their staff and experiencing their inventory. There is nothing more beautiful than the sound of the harp. Now, why do I play the harp? Simply because, it's relaxing and at this time in history, we need something in our lives that can relieve stress.
The music (Celtic, Contemporary and Classic) just sounds superior on harp. Don't get me wrong here. the harp is not the easiest instrument to learn, but with practice, the rewards are abundant. The Harp community (local and global) are the most welcoming people on the planet. They are free with good advice and applaud any attempt to play (no matter how bad you are.) There are also abundant resources to help you on your journey. It's time to learn to play one! You won't regret it.

The customer service here is outstanding! I worked with Ashley and Katherine to replace a broken Camac lever on my Blevins harp. It was hard to tell exactly which size I needed. They hung in there with me. The first one they sent was too small. The second one was too big. The third one was the charm. They were both very patient with me sending pictures and explaining the problem.
I was charged $8 plus shipping the first time. The next two times, I wasn't even charged for shipping. These girls just wanted to help a distressed harper out. I am sure there was not a lot of profit made. Truly a high class establishment here. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend the Atlanta Harp Center to anyone selling or searching for a harp. Atlanta Harp Center was a tremendous help in selling our harp. We were so grateful for their professional service. I was also impressed with their showroom and would definitely look at their inventory before purchasing another harp. They were highly professional and attentive to details. Very impressed. Thank you, Atlanta Harp Center!

We mailorder our strings from this store, but recently we were able to visit the store. The staff is patient, intelligent, and professional. AHC has a wide selection of sheet music. We bought some great pieces, some gift items, and also some cute notecards. They also have a wide selection of beautiful harps for all types of budgets. We plan to buy a harp here. We highly recommend the Atlanta Harp Center.

I'm about an eight hour drive from Atlanta but I was in town so I stopped by with no intention of buying anything (at least for a few years), but they welcomed me in and allowed me to play all the harps. The staff were phenomenal! They answered all my questions and even played some different harps for me so I could hear them. 10/10, HIGHLY recommend. I will be back to buy my harp someday. Thanks y'all!
