The newest model in Bosendorfer's Marquetry Series is "Butterfly" featuring a garden scene with butterflies similar to those found at the Schonbrunn Palace. Every detail is hand-cut, stained wood inlaid to create depth and shadow in the mural lid. Beauty of sound cannot be measured in centimeters. The 170 model is specially designed for smaller living spaces - which means you can even enjoy the inimitably rich sound of a Bosendorfer at home.
The Bosendorfer model 130 CL is a tremendously elegant design and its proportions are perfectly balanced. Hailun's #1 Professional Upright (HU-1P) is full of upgraded design and construction features that you could only hope to find in a competitor's upright. At 48 tall, this studio upright piano will bring beautiful music to any space.
We have Atlanta's best selection of new and used baby grand pianos for sale. We focus on high-quality baby grand pianos at great prices. While "Baby Grand" isn't a well-defined term, we are referring to pianos up to 5'7" in length. The Estonia model L168 grand piano is perfect for livingrooms, music rooms, apartments and studios.
We have Atlanta's best selection of new and used grand pianos for sale. Mid-sized grand pianos (also referred to as parlor grand pianos) here range from 5'8" - 7'0" in length. Piano Works just rebuilt my 1921 (7-ft.) Steinway B. I'm a piano teacher, and very active with North Fulton Music Teachers Association. Don Bennett, Sam, Chris and their crew were incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of my piano. Over a few visits, they were so enthusiastic as they spent hours showing me their on-site workshop, explained step-by-step what they would do, and answered all my questions.

My Steinway looks and sounds brand new, and it was affordable. I would highly recommend Piano Works for a rebuild or piano purchase from their new and used inventory. All their pianos meet a high standard. They do not sell a piano that is in need of work. As a thank you, I invited Sam to my North Fulton Music Teachers Association luncheon. One of the teachers had a flat tire, and he changed her tire!

Excellent store with a top-notch selection and expert employees. As a music educator, I am happy this store is nearby to recommend to students and friends. My shopping experience was great from start to finish. I worked mainly with Sam who taught me a lot about piano engineering, restoration, and maintenance. I made 3 visits and spent 2 full days in the store trying out instruments before deciding on the Hailun HU5P.

I never felt rushed or pressured, and I appreciated feeling like my desires were listened to during the whole process. Sam went extra lengths to get my piano out of storage/ prepared for me with short notice before one of my visits and he was willing to rearrange pianos in the showroom so I could hear the uprights against the wall. Piano delivery went smoothly and the movers really helped add to the excitement of the day. I couldn't be happier and love my new instrument!

I ordered the Hidrau Model 30 Vinyl Hydraulic Piano Bench recently, and am extremely satisfied with the purchase. The HM 30 is solid and stable, comfortable and easy to adjust. Practicing several hours daily, I found the comfort of the HM 30 far exceeded that of stools and benches I had been using, and the rock solid stability lent an extra measure of confidence during performance.

The vinyl seat cover is handsome and comfortable as well. The service I received from Pianoworks was excellent, with prompt shipment and delivery. The bench was packaged very securely for shipment, and the minor assembly required was a breeze.

I had a fantastic experience yesterday at PianoWorks of Duluth! Derek greeted me at the door and from that moment I knew I was in good hands! This family owned business takes pride in offering quality, beautiful pianos. I learned a lot from Derek and found my perfect piano. I was delighted with the price and the service! I can't recommend them highly enough!

I bought a fully restored instrument and it was a terrific experience start to finish. Wonderful selection, and I toured their restoration workshop. Their attention to detail and quality was first rate. Derek and Sam were both very attentive and went the extra mile to make this purchase smooth and enjoyable. A spectacular instrument from people who really care about what they do and care for their client. Thank you so much!

Bought an Steinway D from Pianoworks. Excellent experience. Competitive pricing, great communication and completely honest about every detail. Did I mention that I am in NJ and their store is in Atlanta. Everything happened over phone, email, YouTube and texts. Long distance delivery of the piano was great too. Highly recommended.

We have been customers of Piano Works for approximately 13 years. We have always received personal attention and help from Don & Sam, and help when choosing the correct Schimmel Upright Grand Piano for our family. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this family owned business.

I had another good experience at Piano Works yesterday when purchasing an artist piano bench. Most people don't think much about the bench when buying a piano, but if you tend to spend hours a day sitting on it, I can tell you it's a good idea to get one that's very comfortable! Derek was quite knowledgeable in this area, and helped me make my selection. He even finished the assembly of it for me before loading it in my car! I am so happy with my new bench and pleased with the excellent service at the store.

I really wanted to like Piano Works. I own one of the largest recording studios in the area. We have two grand pianos in the studio and occasionally they need some work done. Our main recording piano developed a sticking G below middle C key. The problem developed late in the week and I didn't call Piano Works until the next day. They were closed at the time and I left them a voicemail.

I then waiting for the next four days for them to call. With a session coming up I needed to get the piano fixed so I gave them a call. I told the woman that answered the phone that I left a message a few days ago. She laughed and confirmed she hadn't gotten back to me. I explained the problem and she immediately told me that it wouldn't be as cheap as last time. What?

She said the last time the guy came out they charged me $50 and this time it would be double. (I'll get into the previous situation in a minute). She then tried to sell me on a piano tuning. When I explained that we didn't need tuning just a repair she seemed to have gotten flustered as she went into a speech telling me how busy they were and that's why there were slow at responding. I'm sorry but this is a piano store, not an Apple store. I'm not going to believe for one second that a piano shop was so busy on the phones that they couldn't return my call after four days.

The guy that came out was good and knowledgeable. Hi name was Patrick and he just does contract work for them on the side so I have nothing but good things to say about him. This is why they didn't get a one star review. This was not the first time this had happened. The last time I had a similar problem I left a message and it again was about four days before I finally called them.

This seems to be a very bad pattern for them. In this instance they charged me $50 which I felt was a good price considering the came and fixed it within about ten minutes and was out the door. I just think it's bad business practice to double the fee for no apparent reason. Finally, on both occasions my appointment was pretty much the following day, which was good. But it doesn't lend itself to the excuse of being overly busy.

If I could give no stars I would, the owners son was extremely rude to me and wouldn't even help answer my questions just treated me as if I was stupid for even stopping in. I'm extremely disappointed because I had head decent things about this store now I know to never come back.

If you are looking to purchase a piano, look no further than this store. I think I have been to 90% of the piano stores in Ga and this place is the real deal. Family run business and they have been in the piano business their whole life. Don and Sam Bennett know their stuff. Downstairs they have used pianos and pianos they are restoring. You know you are in the right place when universities, etc from all over the Country have sent their pianos to PianoWorks for repair. I am a long-time pianist and I would definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I are both professional pianists teaching at one of the major music conservatories abroad. We decided to look for a high-quality used Steinway during our trip to the US this summer. We searched many of the major piano stores and used Steinway dealers across the US, both online and in person. PianoWorks had the best deal we could find, and when we tried the instrument, we immediately agreed that it was the one.

Not only was the instrument top-notch and well-cared for, but the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the owner worked with us on every detail of the instrument to ensure it was to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely look to PianoWorks again for any future piano business.

I have only good things to say about my experience at PianoWorks. I was there to buy a digital piano, and I had a limited but somewhat flexible budget. Derek Vann helped me to understand the distinctions between the digital pianos, without pushing too hard on the most expensive models. I ended up getting a Yamaha that I love. PianoWorks delivered the instrument, too, for a very reasonable fee. Great stock, great customer service. Highly recommended.

Pianos pianos and more pianos. You will find uprights, baby grands and grands in this store. Everything from piano to music and accesories. I appreciate that this store has multiple rooms for recitals and music testing. They do the music teachers and students a huge favor by sponsoring these facilities. As pianos go. you can find the Steinways, Bosendorfer, Yamaha, Kawai and many more. Folks are friendly and are helpful.

I would recommend Pianoworks to anyone. I've talked to one of the owners, Sam, a few times about pianos. He is extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me with well thought-out advice about buying a used piano, even though I don't live anywhere near his store- (I'm in CA!) So if you are lucky enough to live within driving distance of the store, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

I came here based on the recommendation of friend. The staff here were very knowledgeable and experts at what they sell. They have lots of great options of new and used high quality pianos to choose from. Sam was great to work with. I found an awesome piano there which I enjoy everyday. There is a sheet music section inside the showroom.
