Friendly and professional. Most importantly, patient. When I finally decided to invest a new piano, I didn't think of going anywhere other than the Hopper's. I found Haidi Yang to be very knowledgeable about pianos, straightforward and did not rush us to settle with any piano. Ultimately I found what I was looking for, made the decision and arranged the delivery.
The movers were professional and efficient. I couldn't be happier with my experience, the new piano is truly superb instrument. When making a serious investment like buying a new piano, it's important to find a seller who's trustworthy, and I know the people at the Hopper's to be kind, knowledgeable, down to earth and honest.

We purchased an upright piano from this store in 2018. We noticed a deep scratch on a pedal after the tuning gentleman visited us to tune the piano. The scratch looked as if a small rock scratched the pedal. We notified the scratch to Hopper and he told his messenger to tell us that we caused the scratch and that there is no way the tuning person caused it.
The fact is the tuning guy was wearing his shoes, and we have never touched the pedal other than a barefoot or socked foot. And the messenger complained and mocked us that Hopper has never seen anyone complaining about the pedal. Not covering this deep scratch under the warranty would be acceptable if the policy states so. But the way Hopper treated his customer is not acceptable. It was somewhat humiliating. "What" you say is important but sometimes "how" you say can be more important. I will never recommend anyone to deal with Hopper.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Hopper piano for a new Roland digital piano to add to my teaching studio. Paul Hopper was super easy to work with and helped me pick out a great instrument that fell within my budget and even threw in a free piano lamp! The piano plays great and I am extremely pleased with the purchase and the whole experience!

Absolutely the best experience! My husband and I went to Hopper Piano & Organ to purchase a piano. Anticipating a long process, we were delightfully surprised at how smoothly the process went. We were given 5 star service by Keith Pendergraft. He was amazing! Because it has been years since I played, I asked him to play the piano I selected and he played so beautifully that it brought tears to my eyes - so beautiful!
He was very helpful in helping us select our new piano. Miguel delivered the piano with such care and made sure it was placed perfectly in the room! I highly recommend Hopper Piano & Organ Company!
