Great old school drum shop, huge selection, and wonderful people working there. What else is there?

Had an absolutely great experience here. Everyone who works there is super nice. They have a huge selection at better than big box store and internet prices. We purchased a great deal of items and happened to forget a piece needed for a new drum set. Called them and they overnight shipped it to us. Thank you to 2112 Percussion. We will be back again.

Great customer service, reasonable prices, fast shipping. I was able to call out of state for some used but rare drum gear and the transaction was handled by the 2112 Percussion staff with the correct planning and screening to get it right and avoid problems. From there flexibility, fair prices, and good shipping came into effect. 2 thumbs up and 5 gold stars!

Great drum and percussion shop, you won't find anything else like it as far as product choice in the state. Many of the big brands available along with used inventory that is constantly rotating. They recently expanded to a much larger space which has opened up the display area quite a lot. As a musician, I feel lucky to have it as a resource in the area.

This is drum heaven. Awesome staff, incredible selection, fair prices. This place will snare you. It's where I get my kicks. It's a cymbal of the American dream. If they're about to close, put the pedal to the metal. The experience really sticks. If they let me, I'd crash there. They even have a pair of diddles. If you're a drummer, you can have your fill. Has anyone seen tom?

It's so great, you might lose your head. They're on a roll. They're making a big splash in the music scene. You'll feel like a king on his throne. I stand with 2112. Bring a friend, don't go solo. I hit my head and got a percussion. One of the guys has an accent. If it's too far, get a ride. Something Something cowbell. I'm getting old, I'd rather B20. As soon as you walk in, you feel a sizzle. No matter how busy it is in there, they keep up with the rhythm. Boom. Ok I'll see myself out now.

The new shop on Capital Blvd in Raleigh is awesome! Huge place, fantastic organization of everything, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices were on point. This is a major transformation from the old location. I've been to drum stores on both coasts and this is one of the best! Congrats Tony!

Unicorn. Who has a drum store these days? These folks do. Gear, lessons, services. Legendary place I just happened to come across one day while visiting Raleigh, and their mere existence made my 14 year old drummer stoked to come visit (and eventually move to) Raleigh.

Hands down the best place to go for new and used percussion gear. If they don't have it, they'll order it. Tony and the staff offer great technical support, and are all part of the local music community. There's no reason to go to a music store chain with a local gem like 2112 right here!

The very best well-educated staff, service, some of the latest high quality inventory. They also offer an awesome inventory of used cymbals, cases, drums and hardware. They have EVERYTHING under one roof. If you are a professional drummer or simply a drumming enthusiast, you would be remissed not visiting 2112.

What a great store and group of people! I travel a lot for work and find myself visiting Guitar Center in different cities, but when I find a local drum shop, I have to visit. This place has everything! New, used, gear, hardware, parts, rehearsal rooms and lessons. The best part is that the owner and staff are knowledgeable and super helpful, the way a shop like this should be. I wish I lived closer. They will be moving locations soon to a bigger facility, and I am sure it will be just as great there! Support local business!

This is the best drum store I've ever been into, most music stores you go to are understocked and it looks like everything has been sitting there for at least a decade and the employees aren't always helpful. This place is the opposite though, extremely well stocked, clean and helpful employees that know what they're talking about. Will definitely be back there at some point.

Yeah I won't be going to any other stores for drum gear again. 2112 is the place! Great selection! The staff is so knowledgeable and take their time with you! The guys talked me through different drum head selections, tuned my snare and 14inch and gave me some great tips. My new drum home for sure!

I have been doing business with this company since 1990. Back in a day where there were plenty of mom and pop music stores to work with. There has never been a day/visit where I felt my business was not appreciated. The new owners, the gentlemen who have put blood, sweat, and tears into the company when they were employees, have kept the great reputation of this music store alive.

Every single person that works there is incredible and an asset to this store. This review is written directly to tell you, the new customer, that THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU SHOULD BUY YOUR DRUMS AND ACCESSORIES. Keep it local!

I'm not a regular, but I stop by when I need something drum related. These are my thoughts and observations. - The staff is friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. - The vibe is really unique. - They carry all the basic stuff and entry level lines, but their high-end selection is lacking. - They can special order pretty much anything drum related your heart desires. - Their practice rooms are competitively priced. - Merchandise is priced at the industry standard. Overall, I look forward to shopping here. There's always something new and interesting to look at, and the guys running the counter know their stuff.

This is definitely the place for drummers. They buy and sell used gear, plus have a huge selection of new stuff also. If you are a working drummer, garage jammer, or just like drums this is heaven. You can trade in, and get some new stuff. Or sell unused items for cash or store credit. They have odd parts and things you simply can not, and will not find anywhere else.

If you break a bolt off of an old stand or pedal, chances are they have what you need to fix it. Or maybe they have a used stand for half the price of new. The prices are great, and they always cut you a deal. For years I have been coming here and they always take care of me, if its small stuff like sticks, heads, or complete drum kits. No problem.

They are super friendly and layed back. No pressure. Just people doing what they love. There is a huge pile of used snares here in every price range and type you can think of. Single drums. Last time I was here I found a drum I had been looking for for years to complete an odd set. You never know what you will find. And thats one of the many things that separates this place from the big box stores.

I could give you many stories of shopping here. Buying a set of Gretsch maple drums on a whim one day. Or a stack of cymbals. One day I strolled in looking for a cymbal. I wanted a new ride, something with some ping, but plenty of wash. Not too big, a 20. Just like magic the guy pulled a cymbal out that sounded exactly as I had described! It was amazing.

Another time my tom mount broke on a set of old drums during a recording session. A quick trip to 2112 and I was back in business with exactly what I needed. They have a large selection, and all prices are negotiable! You cant loose here. Plus with a name like 2112 whats not to like? Avoid the big box stores and shop here where they appreciate your business.
