Visiting England Piano was an amazing experience. Not only did we find the perfect instrument for our daughter, we gained a complete education of what we were looking for. David asked very insightful questions about what we were looking for and then guided us to the pianos that most closely fit our needs and then helped cull the selection until we found The One.

We showed up mid afternoon on a Friday, and David was so patient with us staying late until we were fully grounded in our decision. It was delivered and set up by a very professional crew who didn't leave until our new baby grand was positioned in the room perfectly. I can't think of a single negative in my experience with them. They have a zillion pianos to test drive so go earlier than we did.

I wanted to get a digital piano so we found that England Piano had great reviews and also had several piano's on site to look at and play. David was amazing! He asked me several questions first to get an idea of what I was looking for. He took us to look at the one he thought would be a good fit for me. He showed me all the features, played it, let me play it and also explained the way Kawai's are made and the company's story.

It is an amazing piano and I love it. My husband has even started lessons online! I'm so thankful David took the time to listen to me and show me the piano's that fit my use and budget! THANKS David!

I don't typically write reviews, but Mr. David England's service is the best in the area, so I would love to share my story. Recently, I purchased a grand piano from the store. I am not a professional and has limited knowledge on pianos. Before the purchase, I visited a few piano dealers. England piano has a huge inventory and Mr. England is very knowledgeable, has high integrity telling the stories of each piano, allowed me to try all of them, put up with my poor skills for the whole afternoon, patiently guided me through and tailored to my expectation. The movers/delivery people are very professional setting my beautiful piano up. I would recommend England Piano if you are looking for your dream ones.

I arrived at England piano looking for a used piano at the price point of $2000. David, the owner, took a great deal of time and concern showing me those kind of pianos. Then he showed me an electric Kawaii piano which was so much more versatile and easy to play, plus the price was lower. I purchased this piano and I'm so pleased with it. The delivery was prompt and the men who made the delivery were most likely the best movers/delivery people I have ever encountered. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Purchasing a grand piano was a 40 year dream and David England delivered the perfect match! Carder England did a great job helping us choose the right piano for our home. He took the time to let us play several pianos asking us questions to find out what we did and didn't like about each one. He then let us ask him questions about the pianos we had played. Carder then took us to several pianos which we played and compared and then left us alone to play and narrow our choices.

His help was invaluable in our final decision. The delivery team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. We now have our piano in our home and are enjoying it immensely. Thank you Carder!

David offered terrible customer service, initially behaving as if he was confused as to why we walked in to the store. When we told him we were in the market for a piano, he immediately got into logistics of how many steps we had and how much space we had, rather than simply asking what kind of piano we were looking for. He has a very particular way of doing things that involves asking irrelevant questions and choosing pianos for his customers rather than just letting patrons play and figure out what is best for them on the basis of sound and touch.

He made sure to bring up his positive google reviews 3 times and made sure we knew how long he'd been in business. We took our business elsewhere where we and our dollar were treated with respect and dignity.

Very professional. Moved my piano from about 30 minutes away without a hitch. Then, one of their contractors tuned it. Great service.

What a wonderful company to deal with. I needed my daughters piano tuned up and since the piano was purchased from them 3yrs earlier I gave them a call to see about recommending a piano tuner. They made the recommendations and set up my appointment. The gentleman that arrive was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He got us back in business. Great experience and service.

I recently purchased a Kawai digital piano here and David helped a lot on the process. The store carried many Kawai models and it is good for the customers to compare then choose what they need. Overall it is a good experience and would recommend those interested in Kawai models giving it a try!

We recently sold our Yamaha piano to England; I spoke with David England. He explained the evaluation, sale process and other options very clearly. The execution was very straightforward, just as he communicated - with prompt payment upon receipt of my piano. We were very pleased with the process and felt they were by far the best option for this transaction. I would certainly do business with England Piano in the future without hesitation!

Very unpleasant experience with purchased Kawai piano in this store. My two friends bought piano in this store so they recommended me to come this store purchase piano for my daughter. I don't know any piano things. When we went to this store on last Saturday, we found the Kawai K15 piano that the salesman Phillip told us that is the good one.

So we no doubt then give the payment for it. After two days, they delivered the piano to my house, my daughter played the piano then I figured out there have a key doesn't sound right. So I called to ask for the piano tuning several times. They said they were already do tuning before delivery, so my piano cannot get another free tuning, if I want the tuning service, I should pay $180.

My two friends told me that is unreasonable, because they both have the after tuning service, why I cannot get the after tuning service? Then I tried to call back to asked them how to solved the problem, there no one answered my phone call but the voice messages. I could not believe I spent $4329 purchase a piano just in first day then I got none warranty with it.

This is why I want to post this bad review in here. I will keep going to contact this store, if I cannot got my piano in the right way, I will go to take the lawsuit to protect my rights.
