March 2022 I stopped by Michelle's Piano Company to begin the selection process. It had been decades since I last played but I wanted to get back into it. Darrell spent the time to educate me on the various manufacturers and their histories and strengths and things to look for in a piano. After quite a bit of trying different uprights, he showed me a Essex, designed by Steinway that was perfect!

It had awesome sound, beautiful lines and was exactly what I was looking for. The purchase, delivery and post delivery tuning were effortless. Throughout the process the care they give to their clients and the pianos comes through loud and clear! When I'm ready to switch to a grand I'll be back to Michelle's Piano Co.!

There are so many excellent reviews of Michell's Piano, and I want to add my praises as well. Lotof provided us with professional advise on the kind of piano that will best suit our needs, and the purchase process was painless and smooth. The delivery was also professional and on time. Michell's Piano is an impressive organization and we highly recommend it!

What a wonderful experience we had! I inherited a beautiful Steinway baby grand from my grandmother who was a brilliant pianist. I am not a great player, so I wanted the piano to go to a good home! They took such great care of us through every single part of the process, from moving it, restoring it, and selling it. I would highly recommend Michelle's piano to anyone looking for people who know what they are doing and care about people.

After a year's delay due to the COVID lock downs our family finally made our planned move. Our Grand was stored at Michelle's Piano for several years and is currently on its 2,000+ mile trip to join us in Texas. It was a great pleasure working with Lotof and Joel at Michelle's piano. Lotof, the owner, is very knowledgeable about pianos. He works hard offering customers as many options to choose from as possible. Joel, the technician, is one of the best concert technicians I have worked with. He is very detail-oriented and patient. They were so nice that when I was picking the right piano for myself, they spent tons of time and effort with me prepping the pianos to show the full potential of each instrument at the store.

I have used Michelle's Piano three times to move my piano and most recently last week. The staff is polite and courteous and definitely know what they are doing. They have maneuvered up and down stairs and there has never been a scratch. I would highly recommend.

This wasn't out first time moving a piano, we had a great experience with West Coast Movers. However this time around we couldn't use them because of scheduling so we tried Michelle's Piano movers. Long story short: The movers that I got were not very experienced. Dropped one of the brand new piano legs on the hardwood floor. Chipped the underside of the lair on re-assembling it at the new home. Scuffed badly the brand new pedals and argued with us that that's the way it was.

We had picture evidence of the piano before they touched it and they finally had them replaced, after almost 2 months. We appreciated the owner making it right eventually but it took awhile, and we had to argue our case for too long before they agreed to remediate. The owner seems like a genuine guy, but this was the truth about our experience with them this time. A follow-up call would have been great to ensure customer satisfaction after a transaction, just a thought.

Michelle's Piano Company were so nice to work with! They gave us exception service start to finish, helping us move a piano into our home and even with the tuning. The staff was friendly and fast. Very respectful of the surroundings of my location and knowledgable with the conditions and next steps to take with our new instrument. Thanks to Michelle's we have a new wonderful sounding piano in our home for the whole family to share!

The owner Lotof was such a pleasure to work with. For several months I had been searching for the perfect piano in Seattle, and had some disappointing if not underwhelming experiences. When I first reached out to Michelle's I felt a huge wash of relief. Lotof's response was extremely prompt, professional, and thoughtful. It feels like a shame to have to say that he's the only dealer I've corresponded with who described the sound and characteristics of a piano before arranging an in-person visit.

He even sent a video recording of himself playing on a model I had my eye on. Working with Lotof, you get the immediate sense that he has your best interest in mind. He guides you through the selection process with integrity, gives you plenty of space and time, and listens with a true musician's ear. Finding the right instrument for your unique touch is a very special (even emotional) experience, and I'm grateful that Lotof is there to help musicians find 'the one'.

Reasonable price and very professional customer service. They picked up and delivered the Piano on time and without any hassles. Will recommend them for any Piano moving service.

This review is for the piano moving aspect of Michelle's Piano -- the rest of their service may be stellar, I don't know. I bought a piano and arranged to have it moved. When moving day came, no one called me, and no one called the person where it was being picked up. When I called for status, it took more than an hour for someone to call me back.

By this time, we were more than an hour past the pickup window. Apparently, the crew came down with COVID-19, so all deliveries had to be postponed. I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is that NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. The woman I bought the piano from waited (wasting her time), and I wasted my time trying to find out if there was going to be a delivery today.

The man who called me said that he had been busy calling tomorrow's delivery customers to rearrange, and I'm like, hello? What about today's? Basically, they made no effort to call me, and if I hadn't called, I guess we'd still be just. waiting. Deplorable customer service. Now I'll book with someone else.

We would highly recommend Michelle's Pianos! We had a somewhat complicated move involving three pianos last week. Ben was efficient and friendly in coordinating each part of the move. He was easy to contact and responded quickly to email and text. The movers, Andrew and his team, were incredible, always calling to let us know when they were on their way.

They went above and beyond, as parts of our piano were missing from a previous move. Adam, Michelle's piano technician, made a "house call" on a Friday afternoon, to provide us with the correct vintage wood screws which we were missing, in order to attach the legs. Andrew and team were able to assemble our piano on their third visit at 5:00 on a Saturday afternoon! Through it all they were polite, efficient and patient. Thank you so much to Michelle's Pianos for providing excellent customer service!

I am so grateful to Michelle's Piano for the fabulous restoration job they did on our Kimball. They were easy to work with, went above and beyond our expectations, and demonstrated exceptional integrity in both their work, and interactions with us. All aspects of our experience were flawless. from the restoration of the piano, to the friendly delivery men, they were extremely professional. I was very happy with my recent piano purchase from Michelle's Piano Company. I had a particular type of piano that I was interested in, and the owner was able to show me several pianos that matched what I was looking for at a variety of price points. All of the pianos that I looked at were great and high quality, and I was able to make my purchase with confidence. Michelle's Piano Company also did a great job delivering my piano to my residence, arriving when scheduled and taking great care of the piano during the delivery process.

I had the pleasure of trading in my old piano and buying a better one at Michelle's Piano. The whole process was very smooth. The owner is not just a business man but also a professional musician. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and sensitive to our budget. Besides, I received outstanding piano service. The movers are all professional and the Piano sounds fantastic after voicing and tuning. It is really a outstanding store, and I would like highly to recommend them to who want to buy a piano.

If you are looking for a piano mover, forget about those "task" website. They might move a piano once a week instead of 4~5 piano a day! You are better off hire a local professional to do the job right. The rate was very reasonable. I highly recommend Michelle!
