Piano Man

We purchased a beautiful 1955 Baldwin baby grand with satin black finish back in February during a sale. Nick and his crew took the extra step of making sure the piano looked as great as it sounded.which led to an entire refinishing.at no extra charge. The delivery went well and was efficient, careful, and professional. Can't say enough good stuff about these guys!

This guy is an obvious racist/misogynist who is only interested in scheduling an appointment to see his showroom if you are white, smell of money, and promise to buy from him sight unseen without even playing it first. Apparently he does not get that even for a professional musician a grand piano is a huge investment and needs to be played first. I suppose to him it is just rich people's furniture.

Even new cars get test driven first at any dealership! He's not interested in selling pianos to capable musicians. He's only interested in selling them to no-talent hacks, as long as they promise to buy. The guy's a jerk and deserves to go out of business. Salespeople who judge you on sight without knowing anything about you and failing to treat you initially with respect should not be rewarded with anyone's business, much less any person of color. I hope he moves his showroom directly into retirement.

My beautiful Yamaha baby grand piano arrived yesterday. I am beyond pleased with the customer service. Both Jamil and Ryan were very pleasant and customer service oriented. No hard selling. Jamil was patient and showed me piano after piano (so many great choices) until I found the perfect one for me. Great buying experience! Would highly recommend!

I bought a Yamaha piano here online. I was very pleased with the service. The piano was here at the previously promised timeframe. The tuner was scheduled and came within two weeks after the piano arrived as promised as well. Great service. Nick was always reachable on the phone and over email. He always was able to update me about the status of the delivery whenever I call or email. Highly recommended!

I purchased the piano early November, took numerous phone calls to Nick and finally they delivered the piano a month later. I was promised an adjustable bench with the purchase cause I have 2 kids and they never delivered it. Nick kept telling me that it will be shipped to me and it never arrived! He never return any of my phone calls and I am tired of calling him. Tuning was supposed to be included with the purchased which they suppose to do it within a month of delivery.

I had called Nick countless times and he said a guy name Ian will call me to setup the tuning which of course never happened! I understand Nick is an older man but I've been more then enough patient with him and I call it quit at this point. I will call my credit card company to dispute the charge for the bench and tuning. Stay away from this place!

I had the most amazing experience at Pianoman. We were in the market for getting an acoustic piano and Nick and Ryan were the very best. The selection of Pianos was amazing we didn't feel the need to go to another store. Ryan was the best please ask for him as he is patient and willing to answer the same question any number of times. He was extremely pleasant to work with and I can't think of a better store to go to.

Great staff, competitive prices, and their warranty is gold! We bought a beautiful baby grand piano after searching several piano stores and other online postings. We decided to buy from Piano Man because their inventory was superb and their pricing was very competitive. After our purchase and delivery, we noticed a small problem with the sostenuto pedal. One call to Piano Man, and we had a plan for a fix no questions asked. A great experience with them, highly recommended!
