Electric Violin Shop

I am incredibly grateful to this shop. I recently decided to take the plunge into midi/electric violin playing and living in Arizona I am without any local sellers in this technology. It was a nerve-wracking prospect to take this leap of faith without the ability to test the product in person and have questions answered. Yet, somehow, the staff of Electric Violin Shop put me at ease. They graciously answered my onslaught of questions with impeccable customer service. They have my highest recommendation to anyone considering taking the plunge themselves.

I really liked the passion for violins expressed by the folks of electricviolinshop.com on YouTube, which made me decide to buy my Glasser AEX violin from them a few months ago. Despite the overseas import taxes their price was even better than local stores too. The Glasser is a really nice instrument, however, mine had a little hum in the electronics.

I asked about this by email and immediately got an entirely new pickup system, sent by DHL, free of any charge, no questions asked. Meaning: I did not even ask for it! Now that is what I call Customer Service. Rest assured my next violin will be bought at your shop again folks, and I hope to come visit you in person next time I'm in the USA. The Electric Violin Shop is world famous for the amazing products that they sell. But a long-awaited in-person visit totally floored me as not only was it a one-of-a-kind magical experience, I was totally in awe of how amazing the staff is. Matt, Susie, Jamie and Chris all made me feel so welcome and I was treated like I was family. 12/10 would visit again and would recommend to all my friends.

Their YouTube videos sent me to the website. Which prompted me to call them a few times because I'm new to the EV world. No pressure on any call. They helped me from California. Great phone service. I decided to buy with them. 5 days later, it arrived, ready to go out of box already setup. And I'm so stoked with it. Will definitely buy from them again.

Awesome shop. Came here all way from Massachusetts to buy our daughter an electric violin. Not many shots around you can try them out. They were wonderful and she loves it!

I've bought both a 5 string electric cello, and a replacement string (my own fault for it breaking in the first place). Both items arrived promptly and in great condition. Outstanding customer service, and very nice people! I would absolutely recommend buying here
