Not only did they send the sticks to the wrong address, they then took 5 weeks to send them back, now they sent the completely wrong sticks. Waste of time and money. Terrible service. Please I just want my sticks I'm begging you. I will fix my review if I still receive the correct sticks in a timely manner.

They have everything here for percussion enthusiasts, like my son.

I have a 30 year old conga that needed a replacement head. A couple stores told me it was too hard to find or source. Lone Star asked for pictures and measurements then worked with the manufacturer to find an appropriate replacement. They stuck with it and never quit. Absolutely fantastic customer service that resulted in a like-new conga and a fan for life. Thanks!

A little sad to see the showroom bare, empty, and tuneless. I am glad to see the business has been able to adjust and still provide a somewhat easy shopping experience. I do believe their ordering process could step it up a notch and be a little more autonomous. That is to say. It would be nice to order, pay, and schedule a pickup time all online without having to call and provide my credit card info to a salesman.

I have been purchasing drum related items from Lone Star Percussion for several years. Even though all my purchases have been online since I don't reside in the area, they have always been top notch! Just the best there is. When I have inquired about snare drum cases they were super quick to respond! Always a great place and true to their motto, they do Speak Drum!

We've been coming here for years. Great people and products. Often get someone different helping us but they are always helpful. We bought a marimba from them about 4 years ago. Good quality. We buy sticks, mallets and apparel often. Great place to get gifts. Love that we have this gem so close by.

Incredibly helpful staff everytime I've been there. My daughter is the percussionist and I don't know a lot about the specifics or nuances of the variety of items I've purchased. The suggestions they make have been geared to the best fit for her needs, not the biggest price tag. She has never been disappointed with the gear from this store. I'd recommend them to anyone.
