They also rip you off on eBay.
Don't trust anything about this place.
Lotus stratocaster beat to hell for $349.99, and on the pictures on back of neck it's $195.00. Got a reply the person said that was a old tag.
Well doesn't look like they did any improvements.
What a JOKE.....

Prices are high and there is pressure to up sell. But i think the few staff that they have know music well.hours are not consistent with peoples needs. Still a good place.

Staff didnt know what they were doing. Came in to ask for fret work prices and guitar case for my archtop, & one of the staff members claimed my guitar needed to be intonated. He proceeded to leave my guitar completely out of wack, the octaves were all flat, so it Left me thinking he didnt know what he was doing, because he almost did this to my guitar twice, and i knew my guitar was set properly. Why'd they hire such a bafoon?

Then another staff member on two occasions, told me they had an item that i had been looking for, and on both occasions, i go up there and they dont have anything im looking for, wasted my time. I had a guitar on layaway that i needed more time on, but the owner Henry kept up charging me with late fees that seem real unnecessary/unreasonable. Luckily he's son helped me out with a deal when i couldn't go on with my layaway anymore. Im sure these guys were great in the past, and they had plenty of supplies & selections for musicans. But from what i experienced. Good riddance. They're closing soon. So i suppose this review doesnt matter much

First time we went we found exactly what we wanted. Bruce is the one who helped us find it. He was very friendly knowledgeable. I noticed he was very professional yet cool. And that was our first time there, we went back about a week later, we asked for Bruce but he had already left for the day and it was kind of late it was almost closing time and we were greeted and helped by Henry even though it was nearly time to go, he still helped us find what we wanted without rushing us out the door.

I noticed henry was helping a man who was there with some equipment and needed to sell it and he had a dog waiting outside.he probably didn't even need the equipment, however, he still bought it and gave him something extra for the dog and I don't know if that man was homeless or what the situation was but I do know that he was treated right and I was glad they cared enough about him and also the dog that was cool. I definitely reccommend shopping at this place.

Love this place. They have been around forever. Not your average music store. Kinda has a magical feel to it. You can turn a 5 min just to pick up strings trip into a 3 hour journey. You always spot something you wanna check out and so on and so on and so on.

Items were way over priced compared with everyone in the market. On top of that the older gentleman later to be known as the owner tried to pass off an "Obviously Used" guitar as a brand new one. Sooo sad! He's " Obviously " a cheat!

This place is a scam. I bought a Yamaha PA stage pass iseries for 875 dollars. I purchased this for my cousin. Well my cousin is sick didnt even set it up completely and told me he couldnt accept it. I try returning it and he tells me all sales are final. And offers store credit What a joke who does business like this? Enjoy your rent for another month pal.

Bought a used sax off of here, advertised that it was in working condition but would need some repairs. Came into the store to try it out, it wasn't in working condition, and the repair estimate they gave me ended up being less than half of what I ended up having to pay for it. It's a nice instrument and I got a decent deal on it, but it was definitely in worse shape than advertised.
