Bizarre Guitar & Drum

2 weeks ago i was there checking like always, whats new and also looking for ESP guitars, i ask and one of the guys follow me and offer me LTD models so i stated that i actually looking for an ESP he said they are too expensive and people can't afford the real ones, fine i keep looking, i saw 7 string ibanez, i ask him if it was Japan made he said no, yet I took it off the wall and sure it was Japan made, the guy took it off my hand and said "PLEASE IF YOU NEED TO SEE ANYTHING LET ME KNOW" i was like ok sorry i didn't know he repeated the same and i was like so thats how it is right?

He didn't even look at me just goes "YES PLEASE" he actually got upset and gave me attitude! I just turn around and left, i bought a few guitars before at that store, but i think im not going back, so many places and not to mention a lot on-line, why drive there just to be treated like. No thanks!

Outstanding place! They care more about the music than the money. Highly recommend!

Bizarre Guitar has one of if not the best selections of guitars in the valley. The range of choices for a beginner or a pro is awesome. Also has a good selection of amps, as well.

I needed a power supply for a Digitech pedal I just got and came here. They opened a new power supply out of the box and tested it for me. Which I am so glad they did because the pedal needed a specific power supply and this one didn't work. They ended up selling me one of their own power supplies they use for the shop and gave me a great price. Very cool and I really appreciate the amazing customer service! I'm coming here from now on!

I drove up from Tucson and Greg was very helpful on the phone before and when I arrived. Very pleasant, no pressure environment. They had exactly what I was looking for and allowed me space to hear the guitar while I was playing. Thank you Greg, Donnie and Riley!

I don't recommend this store for moral reasons. A family member of mine struggles with substance abuse disorder. Said person steals and sells my guitar. It's a custom made 18-inch arch top worth at least $5000 that my luthier friend made. Bizarre Guitar buys it for $200. Owner claims that "he didn't know it was stolen" despite the fact that he is looking at a custom-made arch top in front of him. Made an offer to purchase the guitar back for full price including any costs related to any work they did.

Even offered to add a few hundred bucks as profit. Instead they insist that I call the cops and send my family member to jail. So essentially they are holding the stolen good as hostage in the hopes that I will "give up." Perhaps they want to make a bit more money. At the end of the day, it's a guitar. Family member has made great strides. I am not sending this person to jail over a disease they suffer from. But it's garbage, unethical behavior on part of Bizarre Guitar.

I've always been intimidated by guitar stores because I have no talent or ability. The idea of testing out a guitar in front of people that work with guitars for a living is kinda terrifying. I'm really glad I went here because if they made fun of me, they waited until I left. But while I was there, they treated me really well and were fantastic in helping me.

Super friendly and a good selection. And actually, I bet they didn't even make fun of me behind my back! That's how good they are! Why am I so insecure? This is all your fault, dad! No wait, it's my fault. Sorry, dad.

I had a great experience with this store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, which I appreciated. They left me alone and came to check-in on how I was liking the guitars. As a first time guitar buyer, this store is great. If I ever need to buy an amp, guitar, or need work done, I'm going to come here first.

I came in a couple months ago looking for a new. you guessed it, guitar! They had a beautiful Eastman PCH that was comparable to a Breedlove sound but better price, also came with a free case. I love the guitar! The manager was great. He really took his time in showing us different models. I recommend stopping in, great people over at Bizarre Guitar & Drum!

The Bizarre Guitar store was well worth the drive from Buckeye, Arizona. Brandon was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Brandon gave Randy a mini guitar lesson along with setting up his new electric guitar and amp. We will definitely go back to bizarre guitar store for any future needs.
