Richard was a very professional, helpful and kind man who made my experience such a great day for the long term purchase of my Kawai ca49.

My husband and I inherited my mom's piano, which was a gift from my father well over 25 years ago. We have had it in our possession for at least 15 years and never had it tuned. This was a big task and the gentlemen who came out to tune it was not only professional and skilled, but willing to go the extra mile to bring our piano back to sounding like it was meant to sound!

He worked well over the original appointment time and explained the process to us. It will need one more "fine tuning" in about a month to complete the process, but it already sounds so beautiful! I am super impressed with the entire experience. A+++

Wonderful experience buying a piano from Avery Piano. The salesman was very knowledgable and very personable to deal with. We came to the store to explore what models and styles of pianos we would be interested in and walked out the door purchasing a piano! Amazing service! I'm studying piano at UMass Amherst and my piano has been needing a tune-up and voicing/evenness adjustments for a while (due to the pandemic we went without a tuning for a long time). Dave came to tune it up yesterday and I must say, it is now a totally new instrument. The tone of the piano is unbelievably warmer, and I'm able to produce a palette of tone colors that I previously didn't think was possible on my instrument.

The piano sings so much better. Evenness is also much improved. I'm able to cleanly articulate faster passages at a variety of dynamics due to the voicing that he did with the piano. Big thank you to Dave and the Avery Piano Company. You can't go wrong with their excellent service!
