Thought I had left an actual response, but it appears I left this blank by mistake! Cannot say enough how wonderful this place if you or someone you know is interested in music. The staff and owners are wonderful and you can see how much they care about what they are doing as well as the students. As a former student myself, I now get to bring my son who has been enjoying his time there a great deal. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I recently purchased a new mim fender jaguar from tjs music. When I got home with my new guitar I noticed that the adjustment tools and case candy were absent. I called Ty at TJs and explained the situation. Ty contacted Fender got me a package with everything and extras! I will definitely be going back to TJs. Ask for Ty, he's the man. Thanks Ty, Andy

I had purchased a Fender Rumble 100 bass amp from TJ's in early 2020 to use for basement band practice and bar gigs. During a recent practice session, an electric component in the amp fried, causing smoke to pour out the back of the amp. Brought it into TJ's where they promptly took it to work on and were also able to track down the receipt of purchase.
A few days later, Greg called me to say that while he couldn't replace the part needed on the amp, he contacted Fender, explained what happened and Fender would be sending me a brand new amp. Amazing. He promptly followed up with me, too to let me know when it had arrived to the shop. TJ's customer service is second to none. The team there is always so kind and helpful. Do I wish they were located closer to where I live? Sure. Will I gladly travel past multiple music stores to go to TJ's? Every single time. Customer for life. Thanks, guys!

Greg is very friendly professional person and responded promptly. I have asked him to fix the keyboard of the digital piano. Playing touch has improved to change the new keyboard model and initial flaws of key's alignment has changed a lot. Shop is far from my apartment, but I'll definitely ask him again if there are some problems of my instruments. Highly recommend.

TJ's Music is absolutely is the best music shop I've ever stepped foot in. The owner will do what ever it takes to make sure you walk away feeling that you just got the best deal available in the industry. Customer is always #1 in there. That's something you just see much of anymore. Thank you to everyone there. I highly recommend this place.

TJ's Music is amazing! All the reviews about great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere with no pushing sales by the staff are spot on. I took my daughter in the other day to rent her a viola. From the moment we walked in the door until the time we left we were treated with great care. Todd was amazing helping my daughter out while I took care of the paperwork with Ty.
Totally positive and upbeat attitudes and atmosphere all around from all the staff. We did have interaction with two other staff members as well but unfortunately I'm bad with remembering names. I highly recommend anyone new or experienced in music to check them out.

I pass two guitar centers on my way to TJs music. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that will make you feel right at home. One of the employees Tye knew I was interested in a certain pedal and he special ordered it the same day for me, within minutes. No sales pitch BS here plus there was a cute dog running around the shop last time I went \_()_/

Despite its proximity to me, I had never really shopped at TJ's. I don't know why, maybe the long time thought that it was simply a drum shop. I don't know! After hearing of their good name in amp repairs, I took mine in to get fixed. After getting it back, the amp started acting up during the first show, l with the same problems as before, only worse.
I reached out to the TJ's team who vowed to make it right. They took another look at it and had some ideas, but also felt like I may be throwing more money at it to still have problems we determined a new amp would probably be the best solution. They were kind enough to credit me the amount paid for the unsuccessful repairs, even though hey spent time and money to do the work, and got me equipped with an amp I absolutely love.
Nobody is perfect, and my amp wouldn't have been in such bad shape had I taken better care of it. No, the repairs weren't successful but he only thing I really lost was one show without an amp, going direct, because of an unexpected fault. They went above and beyond to make up for that and I leave there better off. I'll most definitely be sending my business there way going forward.

TJ's Music is the best music store I have been to. With friendly, knowledgeable staff to the atmosphere inside the shop you won't experience any other music store like TJ's. They encourage you to try out anything you like which is different from of music stores and you can't get that online. I've had my amp, guitar and keyboard repaired by them all of which were done timely and repaired to perfection. They also have great deals on renting gear and instruments if you need something for a show last minute. Would 100% recommend.

Hello TJ's Music! It's been almost a year and at least 30 gigs, countless jams and rehearsals since I purchased the Ludwig Atlas tom arch mount system from you guys. So I think it's a pretty good sample set to use to make a fair assessment of this tom mounting system. This may sound a little exaggerated, or radical, but this system is the best thing to happen to drum hardware since the bass drum pedal!
I have used every manner of mounting configuration you can dream of to mount ONE single tom in what I consider the perfect spot that would stay there and not creep, or the bass and or hats wouldn't creep away from it. All while keeping from having to violate any drums with a drill. Using a snare stand, is effective, but has it's own space robbing footprint and some of the odd drum sizes I use make the "perfect" fit nearly impossible. Tripod ISO mounts are also good, but there's that space issue again. Drum companies have long had bass drum mounting brackets that met with varying degrees of success but there had to be holes, and most of them were unreliable over time.
Now there is this Atlas mount. The perfect solution. Using the attaching brackets are a dream. They are actually modified drum lugs. So. NO HOLES! They can be attached anywhere on the bass drum, top, sides, front, back whatever suits your need. And this stuff is rock solid. It's there to stay during play. Break down and set up is a total breeze. To add to my love affair with the Atlas mount, it looks really fantastic. Has a very heavy "retro" look to it.
I'm using this setup on some drums that aren't even Ludwig, and it works just as good on those, The "lug brackets" have adjustable attatching lug posts so they will fit most any hole configuration without having to modify (drill) to make them fit. I built an oddball kit with a 28x18 bass with a 14x12 tom, and it works perfectly. Thanks TJ's for turning me on to this game changing option for my drum kits, and gave me a real bargain considering how much of a difference the Atlas mounts have made in my set up and breakdown with absolutely zero worry about failure.
Greatest drum hardware on Earth! Below is my 2010 Ludwig Classic Maple/Keystone hybrid in Mint Oyster Glass with Atlas Mount and Atlas cymbal stands with "scissor" extensions.
