Worst customer service. I've talked to Debbie multiple times. They have the wrong name on my account but correct payment information. I've asked them to fix the contact info so I can receive all messages. I've paid on time monthly for a flute rental $27 and change. Today i noticed a charge for $261 dollars from them in which I've never approved. Debbie "assumed" i was purchasing the flute. Fought me on refunding that charge, and then told me that If i don't return the flute by tomorrow I will be put in collections WVEN THOUGH IVE PAID MY CONTRACT PRICE MONTHLY ON TIME. Makes no sense.

It makes me wonder why they are going out of business. On top of it all it's challenging getting there when they close at 6pm. I work past that most days. They are also closed on Saturday.

Poor selection of strings and instruments. Almost knowledgeable salesperson, but they're the only game in town.

They used to be great. We walked in yesterday with a repair (We don't do that anymore) and used instruments (We don't take used). When we walked in the woman said very rudely "What is this". The rudest and most surly greeting I can recall. Empty store with a very low inventory. What a shame.

This place has been around as long as I can remember. Very friendly and helpful staff. They can repair almost anything you bring them they even have classrooms for music lessons to be able to play multiple instruments

I'll never understand how this place is still open, there are never customers in here when I've gone. Is it a front? The selection is ridiculously underwhelming. Everything is overpriced. The staff is always unpleasant. I would love to support a small business over the corporate places but I would much rather go somewhere that appreciates my business.

I just brought my flute in for repair. There are several tarnished spots on the flute in hard-to-reach spots-which is why I paid for a professional to get to them. $45 later and only one keypad was replaced and one tarnish spot cleaned. Some of the keypads still stick and the flute is visibly dirty. I'm so disappointed, I could cry. I feel cheated.

Expert personnel have been there since 1980's. For professional musicians and students. They offer affordable instrument rentals for students in band. I appreciate true musicians who work there and give expert advice. Instrument repair offered by trained instrument repair craftsman. This is the best place to go if you are looking for those who believe in band and musicianship.

Had to return a guitar tuner that stopped working mysteriously not long after I bought it. Without hesitation, they checked out the tuner, found my receipt and did a quick exchange. I've been buying instruments and accessories here for 40 some years!

Bringe school of music is an awesome place with an awesome staff and Debbie is the nicest person. I'm not sure why so many bad reviews but perhaps some of these people aren't telling the whole truth of the story. I've never had any problems with the school or the store but than again I follow their policy's and don't try to get freebies. Their prices are high but that's cause the quality is good and I know what I'm buying. :
