I am a middle school band director and I rented a personal student model Bach trumpet from this company to use to play examples for my classes. The store I rented from had me pay 3 months up front. I got a call a month later saying my payment was late. I explained to them that I was told my 3 month payment would go to Veritas and I wouldn't owe until August.
Customer service told me they were going to call the store and try to sort out the issue. I never got an update. I got another call from a different person asking for payment and explained the same situation. They said the same thing. Never got an update. I got a 3rd call and I told them I needed the situation sorted out but that I would go ahead and pay online.
I made a 4th month of payments for a trumpet I have only had in my possession for 2.5 months. I get ANOTHER call saying I STILL haven't paid. These issues have me concerned to use this company or any store associated with them for my beginner rentals. I don't want my band parents to go through this.

Same as other complaints. I returned the instrument. They told me my balance was at zero after they waived 23 dollar fee all for me to find out 2 months later they sent the 23 dollars into collections. Customer service was completely rude and unhelpfully. I asked for a supervisor and was given another rep who hung up on my after I didn't respond to her comment not question fast enough. Horrible company.

Save yourself- don't rent from here! I rented from them several years ago and returned the item after my daughter was done. They have continued since that time saying my payment was not received and have COMPLETELY ruined my credit, trying to say I have over 50 late payments. I WILL fix my credit and I will NEVER use them again.
