It's the only game in town as far as I'm concerned. We used their instruments rental service for the 2021/2022 school year. I found them to highly patient and knowledgeable about their products and programs. Huge shout out to them because when my card expired they called and emailed me in time not to accrue fees. Everyone I interacted with made a good impression with me. I recommend this business for instrument rentals.

This is the best instrument repair I've ever had on my Conn saxophones in any part of the country. Wonderful and knowledgeable team, excellent work, insanely good prices, and quick pickup times. I cried when I saw how beautiful my tenor came back and how much better it played. These technicians' attention to detail and care for instruments is unmatched, and I am very happy with my repairs. Cannot recommend their work enough.

Top notch! I'm so glad to have discovered this place. The guy who helped me really took his time to diagnose the issue and come up with a cost effective way to have our oboe fixed. Even though it was near closing time, I didn't feel rushed and he was kind and fun to talk to. This is definitely going to become my go-to place for instrument issues even though it's quite a drive out for us, worth it!

Lee completed a saxophone repair and adjustments in less than 24 hours. Nice work in a timely manner. I'll definitely be using their services in the future.

All I can give is high praise for CIOMIT. We've dropped off several instruments need of repair/upgrade over the years. The owners, Stephen and Taylor, are amongst the most wonderful couples you'll ever meet---they're also highly knowledgeable, as the rest of their staff. Any of them will work with you and listen to your needs. (Just bear with them as they're renovating!) Further, this shop seems fully outfitted with any tool or machine required to fix an instrument.

Their quotes are reasonable and they'll sometimes combine services rather than nickle-and-diming you. No matter how dear my instrument was, I'd have complete trust leaving it in the hands of CIOMIT.

I was there to meet with the owner, Dan, on a business matter. I had been in the shop before and took a tour of every room, each one dedicated to a different type of instrument. On my most recent visit I again enjoyed looking at the various instruments tastefully displayed on the walls. The best part of the visit was hearing a woman test the flute she was picking up after having it repaired.

She played scales up and down and even to my untrained ear I thought it sounded pristine. Then she came out and told Dan that it had never played so beautifully, even when it was new. She was absolutely delighted with the repair work. I hope she left a review, but even if she didn't, I heard her verbal reaction and it was definitely a 5-star review!

Highly recommend this place. Stellar service. Even let me come before they opened and quickly resolved my son's clarinet issues. They took what could have been a lengthy and stressful situation to get get his clarinet fixed before a big competition, and turned it into a really positive experience. Truly fantastic. The entire team is very knowledgable. Their passion for music, instruments and their customers runs deep. Super friendly and wonderfully helpful. We took our 1 year old horn in to be cleaned and have a rotor repaired. They found a manufacturers defect on the horn and guided us on our next steps with the manufacturer. Priceless customer service. Thank you Dan and team. We will continue to recommend you and bring our instruments to you for care.

I found CIOMIT because of my students music teacher. I found I could trust this merchant. Great advice and better than internet prices. Could not be more pleased.
