Joe's Guitars

Joe is a really nice guy. He's no joe schmo! From the minute you walk in he greets you with a big smile. Hes extremely helpful with giving advice or steering you in the right direction on guitar or equipment choices based on your wants and needs. Just a great experience and dealing with very knowledgeable people there who aren't there to rip anyone off.

It's a smaller store but he can order anything you want and can pretty much price match the big outlets. We all just share a mutual appreciation for guitars and the happiness they bring. Great for servicing guitars too!

I've been going to Joe's since I was 12. Best locally owned guitar store out there! There's always a smiling face waiting when you walk in the door, waiting to show you the incredible selection of electric guitars. I also like knowing that my money stays in the neighborhood and does not go to some corporate whereabouts from St. Elsewhere. 5 stars well deserved!

My first experience at Joe's: I was buying a cable and I was a couple dollars short. Joe took what I had. My second experience at Joe's: I took my guitar in for a standard set up. Joe said he was running a couple of week before it would be ready. The NEXT day I get a message saying that my guitar was ready. He happened to remember when I mentioned that I had a gig so he made it a priority to get it done.

The work on the guitar was done well and it looked great too. Then I asked him some various guitar questions which he answered thoroughly, obviously through knowledge of decades of experience. Talented, knowledgable, and courteous. What more can you ask for? Don't hesitate to go to Joe's guitar for all your guitar needs.

Service was really good, he was mindful of my price range and sound/feel priorities, suggested a progression of guitars for me to try, and was patient with me trying them and receptive to feedback. I walked out with a guitar I like for a price I was comfortable with.

I'm sure a lot of people can relate! I felt like I knew mike my whole life! I brought 2 guitars in for a tune up, ; one I bought and needed new strings and amirher older campfire guitar.! Angie Defenitlley has mad talent, very impressive, :) After coming home and playing my re-strung guitar, I can tell i was doing something wrong when I was restringing, cause my guitar feels different, and sounds 10x better, obviously there is a Skilled ART in this, :) u all know what I mean! I love Joe and his kid, Mike (Mike. your wife is a keeper) The simple facts are this: They are family run. Been in my home town forever. They care. Do yourself a favor, skip the big box music stores and go to Joe. He truly cares about his customers and every guitar he touches. Plus his prices are the best around. Thank you, Joe!

Would give 10 stars if I could! In my almost 30 years of going to music stores, I've never had such a great experience. I've been a drummer all my life. My next venture is guitar. I went there to browse and try out some guitars. Joe was very knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to deal with. Not pushy in any way. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and he's not just there to take your money.

He got me all set up with what I needed to get started and then some! All for better than online pricing! I will definitely continue to do business there. Oh and to top it off! In this day and age a lot of shop owners will be superficially nice and ask you to give them a good review online. then remind you again when you are leaving lol. Nope not here, never even mentioned it. Definitely made me want to write something nice about this store. A great experience!
