Over the past 20+ years, Keyboard Connection has helped me, my piano students and churches get quality Yamaha digital pianos. Jack Melvin, store manager, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His great personality makes buying a piano fun! There are so many options to choose from, and Jack gives expert and thoughtful advice for each student and musical situation. Best piano store ever!

UPDATE: Their response is simply untrue. You can buy the exact same new Yamaha pianos that they sell from any dealer in the Country for much less. Turns out pianos are like cars. Shop around to other dealers and see who wants your business more. They may be nice guys. But their pricing is awful. They rely on Yamaha's antiquated model of restricting competition by geographic region for survival.

But then along came the internet. Now you can buy pianos from anywhere. And if you're willing to call other Yamaha dealers, you can save a lot of money. I did just that, and bought the same product for 40% less from another dealer.

I spoke with Joseph on the phone today, who was extremely gracious and helpful in getting me written quotes for two Clavinova models. His kindness and grace over the phone were wonderful, and I wouldn't hesitate at all in dealing with Keyboard Connection in the future.

Joe and Jack are great. A solid, reputable Yamaha dealer with lots of knowledge and professional attitudes. Not your typical "pushy used car dealer" environment. I used to sell Yamaha pianos and have seen it all. I'd work for them over any of the dealers I've encountered over the last 25 years.

Super friendly people. Very patient and explained everything. Unfortunately, too pricey for us right now. Cheapest digital piano is about $2,800. Not really wanting to finance but they do offer it. Guess that's not bad for a piano but not for me right now.

I have always dealt with Jack. He is a great salesman, musician, human being. I am sure all the other people there are the same because Jack would not associate with people of lesser caliber. Bought and sold pianos to and from them. My last was a Boston grand that is a great instrument. Jack recommended Skip as my piano tech and Skip is also phenomenal. I will not buy from another source without checking with them first.

I have worked here for the past 20 years. There is no other place I would go for the wonderful selection of Yamaha pianos. They have something for everyone. Also, a great music department. Come visit me! You can even try fun piano lessons before you buy.
