We are owned by a Registered Piano Technician with the Piano Technicians Guild. Cousins Piano Moving has been in the piano service business for over 20 years. The company is owned by Darren Speir who grew up in the piano business.He is a Registered Piano Technician in the Piano Technicians Guild, a worldwide organization that promotes the sharing of information and provides a means of certification for piano technicians.

This company has one of my customers pianos. Everytime I call to arrange delivery to my customer the person answering the phone always says there's only one person who can help me and they are never there when I call. I've called numerous times and am always told the same thing. I find it absurd that only one person in your whole company can help me. Very poor service. And once I am finally able to get the piano I will not ever be using them again. I would highly recommend looking for other companies to assist you.
