Guitar Tech is an independent, full-service repair shop, located in Berkeley California. Operating since 1982, we offer a full range of repair services for both electric and acoustic guitars, and for electric bass. The shop is located in south Berkeley, in the Rockridge district, with easy parking. We operate by appointment only, between 12 noon and 7 PM, Tuesday through Saturday -- we're closed on Sunday and Monday. Stephen White is one of the top guitar techs in the Bay Area. It took him literally 15 minutes to fix a custom wiring problem another tech got wrong despite having my guitar over a full weekend.
