Great people they don't pay well for used instruments but they do buy them

I walked in to check out some guitars. They showed me some, the guy immediately (after playing for 20 seconds) says are you gonna "make me an offer?". Long story short, I left and as I'm leaving he says "come back with some money" Who treats their customers like that? Let me stress this, the entire encounter was less than 5 minutes. No wonder they have no business and have such a low star rating. Notice they respond to all their Negative comments with snarky sarcastic paragraphs, but they don't respond to positives. Gigantic Red Flag

Small music store. Good prices but low on inventory. Friendly sales person.but everything can be ordered.

I got blessed today when i picked up a pkg i had them order.there was a mannin the store that out of thoughtfulness helpef me to get my pkg out. God bless him greatly and i recommend Swords music for anybody.they've been good to me.no complaints.i will shop more there in the future

This store didn't have nothing in stock! I called before hand to see if they had any batter heads for my snare drum, they told me they did so I drove 15 min. When I got there they didn't have what I wanted even though they claimed they did over the phone. Worst customer service ever. They sold me a percussion batter head which I had no other option since I was already running late and couldn't go anywhere else since they made me waste my time. The batter head broke on first song. I called to get refund or discount or something they refused. Worst store ever!
