I'm very impressed with this company. We ordered a keyboard for my daughter a couple of years ago and bought an additional keyboard pedal which was out of stock at the time. We had forgotten about it for a couple of years but came back to them when we realized we had never received it and they totally honored the previous sale. This showed a lot of integrity and makes me want to do business with them again! Nice job guys!

Went in to try a guitar amp. First guy I talked to was nice, but after I grabbed a guitar to try it with the second guy told me I couldn't play with a pick (to avoid scratches he said), which is extremely unusual and quite frankly ridiculous, especially for electric guitar. I'd understand if I had grabbed some really expensive custom shop guitar or something, but it wasn't, it was just a Mexican Strat. Definitely not going to buy something if I can't even play it properly first.

Went to multiple stores to find a guitar and couldn't find anything I liked, finally came to this store and found the perfect guitar and Kyle Nish was super nice and helpful! He helped me find the guitar I liked, get new strings, and find a nice case for the guitar. Thank you Kyle!

Richard Gentz restored my dads 42 year old childhood guitar. He says it runs better than any of his current acoustics. Absolutely love this place! They definitely care about instruments and the end result for the customers. It's nice to know there's a shop that cares!

If you know what you're looking for you can buy it for a reasonable price. If you want to browse this isn't the place. The staff doesn't know what they're talking about and they discourage you from trying out the instruments. Every time I shop here I say I'm never going back, but they're the closest music store to me so I end up going back.

We moved from Las Vegas and I was looking for my go-to music store. Found it! Kyle Nish was extraordinarily helpful as he walked me through speaker and microphone issues. Very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Thanks so much!

Very great experience coming here. Even though I'm not very old I could tell they were very professional and overall very nice. The drum set I bought off of them was just absolutely beautiful. The guy who helped us was very nice. There are just a lot of great things about this place

Of course this is where we always go for everything we need where anything music is concerned. Always have. Love the rent-to-own deal with the stringed instrument rentals. My only complaint is the manager or owner is a bit arrogant and rude and will not offer even the most basic discounts to military, police, medical, etc. That's just messed up imo. Shows ZERO gratitude for what he's been given to have a business here in the US. There's a discount for teachers, but not for those who put their lives on the line for all of us? Just, WOW.

Probably best selection and best customer service in the area. Staff was great and knowledgeable.

Bert Murdock always provides excellent service for instruments, excellent quality instruments, great music books, and even quality professional instruments. I highly recommend them to anyone in Utah looking to buy a musical instrument, instrument accessories, or music.

Great experience, I drove all the way down there looking for an epiphone les paul. All the stores up north either didn't sell epiphone or only had one finish in stock. Bert murdock had a great selection, not just of epiphone but a bunch of different makes. They had budget instruments up to top of the line gibsons and fenders. Staff was helpful and friendly. They packaged up my new guitar very well for the drive home. All in all I would absolutely shop here again
