Our church recently purchased a Yamaha piano from Hilton Piano Center. Customer service was excellent. Bob was so patient with us as we spent time playing the different pianos. His expert knowledge of pianos helped us to choose the right piano, we are so happy with our choice. I highly recommend Hilton Piano Center.

My daughter located a Roland digital piano that she fell in love with at a dealer in CT. However, they had nothing available and it would take many months to come. We lucked out finding the model above the one she wanted at Hilton Pianos! They worked with us over the phone and we purchased it and received delivery within 5 days! We will have to visit the showroom someday when we are in the area. The process was smooth and wonderful from beginning to end. The piano is beyond amazing!

I recently bought a refurbished Young Chang baby grand from this location and was assured that all the major kinks were resolved. I was also told that the piano comes with a 3 year warranty if anything on the piano stops working properly. The delivery of the piano was fast, and the first tuning was done within the week of buying it. However, no later than a week from tuning it, the piano goes out of tune again and it sounds just bad!

So I called the tuner directly by text. It took three days to get back to me! We made an appointment for some time in August. He called me the day of to reschedule the tuning but he didn't know when he could come tune it. I told him I need the piano tuned because I study on it and I use to teach! This was not right because I was sold a piano that had all problems resolved.

I called my other WONDERFUL and RELIABLE tuner to come tune it and he came promptly. Two weeks ago the dampers stopped responding to the pedal! So I called Brian and no response. I called the store Mark answered and he said that he was going to speak to the store owner and Brian the tuner. This was last week and no response. I called again on Monday and was told the same thing. Texted Brian, no answer. I sent an email. SILENCE! Now I am stuck with a useless piano and have to pay my awesome piano tuner (not BRIAN) to fix it! I got scammed. Not happy!

Please stay away because you will not have a good customer experience. I had been trying to buy a piano with this store for weeks. Sales person would not give me a definite yes or no. Then the day before the shipping company came to their store, he texts me saying if I want the piano. I say yes. I don't get an invoice until the morning the movers arrive.

I pay the invoice A FEW HOURS AFTER IT WAS SENT but by then, the movers have already left. The salesperson says the next time I can get it delivered is 3 weeks from now. Do yourself a favor and just stay away from the chaos of this place.

Great experience. Went in looking for a keyboard and the owner was awesome to me. I am mostly new to piano so he played on all the models I was looking at to help me decide. I would recommend Hilton over guitar center or online retailers if you are in the market. Thanks again!

I know less than nothing about pianos. I was looking to purchase a piano as a surprise for my wife's birthday. I contacted several local (as well as a few non-local) piano dealerships and I have to emphatically state that Bob Hilton was magnificent at dealing with my seemingly never ending questions. He answered every contact I made promptly. He supplied tremendously useful information.

He consistently remained friendly and professional. The other folks gave minimal responses - like my contacts annoyed them. When one is going to spend thousands of dollars on an an item - sight unseen other than in photos - in my mind at least a lot of questions need to be answered. Bob spent a considerable amount of time educating me. He also seemed to anticipate what some of my additional questions might be and provided answers before I even asked them. I give Bob Hilton my highest recommendation. He is honest and fair and is genuinely interested in his customer's needs - beyond just making a sale.

I'm not local to Albany but was looking for a specific roland piano and Hilton Piano Center was the only place that had one in stock. Their website did not list my area as a place where they deliver so I called to ask. They shipped it out the same day and I received it literally 24 hours after placing the order (and this is during quarantine, so it's even more impressive.) They were extremely friendly and nice on the phone and I couldn't be happier with my experience with them!

Excellent service! Hilton Piano was one of the only places I could find the digital piano I wanted in stock. (It had sold out nearly everywhere). In addition, they shipped right away and Bob followed up with an e-mail to make sure the keyboard had arrived safely. Just outstanding customer service-highly recommend Hilton Piano Center!

Had a great experience at Hilton Piano Center. They were really friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They have a large variety of instruments and I love that they posted them online so that I could search their inventory before visiting the store. Highly recommend them.

I came to buy a digital piano and was given an awesome tour around. There are many acoustic and digital pianos to choose from and the employees are very helpful, knowledge and friendly. I was given a great piece of advice on how to choose a piano that is right for me and I am really happy with my purchase! I came to the store by bus and the store owner actually drove me home and helped me carry the piano that I bought!
