I Had my piano tuned. It sounds great and the technician is courteous and professional.

Good lessons I'm 4 months in It's been fantastic experience all the way around John is a outstanding person and teacher. High point piano and music fantastic company and I HIGHLY recommend!

Always helpful and friendly. My daughter took music lessons here for years. Has most teaching supplies/music books on Hand and what they don't have they'll gladly order and get in promptly. I know many piano owners and churches who will not use any one other than Garret for tuning. Highly recommend!

This is one awesome music store to shop at! Not only is it locally owned but you can take your musical instruments to them & have them serviced, if it's a piano or organ Garrett can come to you & service it. They also carry a wide assortment of items, everything from sheet music & pics to instruments & lessons, from strings & shirts to pedals & reeds. If you have a child in school who's taking Band this is a great place to go to when obtaining their instrument.

Great people with excellent customer service! My family buys all if our instruments here and Big John has been teaching my son guitar for two years now. These wonderful people are like family.

My son is in the band at his middle school this year. They will play several instruments between now and the Thanksgiving holiday. High Point Piano & Music will be able to provide and service all of the instruments if needed on his list. They were very helpful I would certainly recommend them

I have to say really good things about High Point Piano. I came up for Parent Day at my sons college and, like most moms, rolled my eyes and started trying to organise and fix everything. When I saw his Sax in the corner, he said the place the school recommend told him it needed all new pads and it would take 10 day to 2 weeks; so, I started looking around.

I saw High Point Piano but was thrown by the name. However, after finding out NOONE was available, I called. The guy, Garret, knew I was coming so he waited for me until a little after closing. I expected to drop it and get a call when it was done. I was surprised when he sat down and started working on it. Even more surprised when friends came by to ask him to join them and he declined and kept working on it.

A little over an hour AFTER closing he handed it back to me. Turns out it didn't need pads, it needed adjustments and a little cleaning. $35.00. I'm busy. I don't write reviews. But under the circumstances, I felt like I owed him this one.

I absolutely LOVE High Point Piano and Music! I have been a customer with these guys for the past 3 years of my life and still am today! I go every Saturday to Fiddling Lessons given by Big John, awesome man who is so talented with so many instruments! Need a lesson? I highly suggest him. Not only are the lessons fun but the Customer Service is great as well! Traci who works front desk provides great customer service, any time I need something she helps me.

If I want to order a book, she helps me. She's never let me down. Another reason why I'm a returning customer. Garret the owner, he's always hard at work repairing band instruments for customers. Knowledgeable with any questions you may have regarding your instruments for you and your kids. Love This Place.

Not friendly. Only interested in selling some piano made by Wyman. I went in to look at a Mason & Hamlin, but he didn't even want me to play it. I am a professional musician and I will never return to this place. If you want to buy quality pianos then go to Piedmont Music Center in Winston Salem.
