Services
There are many digital machines and even smartphone apps which can help you determine if your piano is in tune. They absolutely do work to see if your piano is in pitch but no professional recording studio or concert hall will allow a tuner with such a device. Piano Tuning is the last step in the education process when training to become a professional piano technician.
Piano has to be delivered and maintained by Amadeus Piano Company. During delivery, our trained professionals will advise proper placement of the instrument in the home. Placing piano near heat vents, exterior walls, windows, AC units or vents, open kitchens, humid basements, will void the warranty because a piano needs a stable and consistent environment to hold a tuning as well as mechanical and structural stability. Basic maintenance schedule: Year one after delivery, piano tuning on delivery and every two-three months the first year.

For a long time I kept a Grand piano in the Amadeus warehouse storage. My piano is old and I wanted to partially restore it, I turned to them for restoration. The price and quality after the restoration impressed me. My piano got a second life, a lot of work was done to replace the pinblock, bridge and strings, and it was also painted. The company's loaders brought my restored piano and installed it. I was very happy with the result and quality.

Initially, they do a nice job. BUT - and it's huge BUT - they do NOT stand behind their work. We spent a great deal of money with them, but down the road, when problems occurred with their refinishing, they flatly refused to follow up - despite the fact that we even offered to pay them for the repairs. Any company that won't stand behind their work doesn't deserve one's business in the first place.
