Leonards Music provide very flexible service: rental, buy or hybrid. My daughter started rental when she started flute class in 2019. Then we bought it with a good discount price. The staff of Leonards Music is very polite and nice. Their technician can provide quick and good repairing service. It's a good experience with them for years.

Thank you, Leonard's Music for all of your help today! We flew in from Utah with 48 high school students to play in Boston Symphony Hall tomorrow. Two of our instruments had damage from the flight. Just had a great customer service experience. I called Leonards Music with a few questions. Debbie was fantastic. She listen to my questions and concerns. She found the instrument I was looking for and made arrangements to deliver to my home within a week. Thanks Debbie! My son will be very happy.

We rented-to-own a trumpet for our son and the entire experience was fantastic. Reasonable price for the rental, and in our town there was free pickup/delivery at our school for repairs. Leonard's made the entire experience easy and cost-effective, and now after a couple of years we own the trumpet.

We've been long time customers here. Recently we got a brand new rental instrument for a beginner student. It's been less than one month of lessons and very minimum practice. But the instrument has to be sent in for repairs already twice. I don't know anything about these instruments but my child's teacher would tell me the issues and we send it in for repairs.

I have asked if the store would exchange another instrument for us but was given the generic response- says their technician will have to evaluate it and see if it's something they can try to fix. To be honest at this point I don't trust their technicians anymore. Also, this is an over couple of grands' worth brand new instrument! I chose the "rent new" option.

As a brand new instrument that we barely put any practice on, it just doesn't make sense our teacher would find so many things wrong with it! This is definitely a defective instrument that the store should be more responsible to take care of. We bought our previous child's rental after renting it for less than a year. For this rental. If we can't get this exchanged we need to take our business somewhere else. I can't imagine what problems will appear.

I have been very happy working with Leonard's. I have purchased 2 violas from them so far, and am about to purchase my 3rd (why do kids grow?) Mike has been very helpful in letting me make an informed decision about the quality of the instrument i should buy based on my daughters skill. Mike and Becky have both been very in their advice on how to choose the perfect instructor. Instrument delivery is fast, repairs are fast, and the staff is great at answering questions.

After a negative rental experience at another music store, I came to Leonards for a tenor sax rental. The price was decent and the experience was professional. So far so good. I would consider purchasing from them if/when the time comes.

Elsa Leonards Music is great. I bought my used Buffet B-flat clarinet from them and really count on Mike fixing any problem that comes up. Mike has fixed problems with the clarinet quickly. My clarinet has been working well for some time even though it is a second-hand instrument. My husband also had his 45 year-old Buffet clarinet properly reconditioned and repaired by Leonards.

I've had my daughter's instrument worked on at Leonards a few times. They have always been professional and prompt with the repair schedule - always having it ready when they say they will. The staff has always been very courteous and always communicate what happened with the repairs. The owners know the music business because they are top professional musicians in the area.

I recommend my students go to Leonards for rentals, repairs and supplies because I know they will get quality instruments, successful repairs and the correct supplies at reasonable prices. Well worth the trip to Bedford for the quality work.
