I took my guitar here to have the nut replaced and the strings changed, I was told it would only take a day or two to have the work done. Didn't receive calls or texts with updates until I was asking about it. Come to find out when I picked it up they broke one of the tuners and replaced them with a cheap set, they took the gold finish off of my pickups so now I have to replace the pickups. Not happy at all, will not be going back.

If i could give 1/2 stars I would. Smells weird, thought it was just the store but I really think its the owner. Get your music somewhere else i swear the stench was so thick the notes got stuck in the air. doesnt help that the owner is anti-vax. maybe that attributes to the rancid odor? Breath smells bad too. Ive been told I have a dogs nose (if that dog was 14 years old and dying) and i swear I almost died. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

I will qualify my one star in that the establishment has a long history of providing excellent music lessons. However, I took a wooden instrument in for a simple part replacement and three months later what I got back was no replacement, but a huge crack across the binding and face of the instrument where the repair person had tried to insert a screw without first making a pilot-hole. Once I got it back I took it to another local shop and it was repaired beautifully overnight. So: Music lessons - YES, repairs - NO.

I've enjoyed my experiences at Enumclaw Music. The owner, David, is very friendly and truly has a passion for teaching music and being active in the community. The store offers private and group lessons for most instruments. They sell brand new instruments in addition to rent, or rent-to-own, instruments for beginning students. They have 5 private studios that can be reserved for musical use, also.

Charmingly tiny music store in a charmingly tiny town. The gregarious man behind the counter (shop owner?) seemed suspicious of me and my boyfriend, which is understandable since we had just returned to civilization after a romantic but extremely dirty camping trip. Given our disheveled appearance, the guy was pretty friendly. He had no clue what instrument my man was referring to when he described it (some sort of squeezebox, we still don't know) so we did not actually patronize them (except perhaps in finding it quaint). Thanks anyway!
