I came in to get a cheap guitar repaired. The repair price was agreed to be ~$40, but they called me halfway through, upping the price to ~$70. The "repair" lasted for about 2 months, then the guitar started sounding just as bad as it did before (and I don't use my guitar very often, either). So I basically threw $70 in the trash. In the end I am going to need a new guitar, and I won't be buying from them.

Impressive selection of electric and acoustic guitars, guitar and bass amps, straps, picks, strings, sold me my favorite 12 string acoustic for a discount. most expensive acoustic is $529. electric bass selection is brief, but they nonetheless carried a great MusicMan bass when i visited. does not carry NYXL strings which i prefer for electric guitars, just XL.

Top quality guitar store - Just bought my third guitar as I'm aging fast and my needs change. Always get great service, trade-in value is excellent. Also, I take violin lessons on Fridays. I can count on violin supplies also. A great helpful staff who want to educate and please their clientele. I love that the instructors and shop owner are so capable and caring.

For all the people out there that do not know authentic guitars they are a great store And good people I've never not once Had an issue with there services or work clearly. The people that are reviewing bad on them I'm 18 and they've always done good work and I'm better then moats guitars. Out there so. You got a problem with the shop it's probably because you guys have a problem with know knowing how to shop properly and fix your own stuff. So don't judge a shop. Knowing what there are doing cause they're more successful then you. And most do get over yourselves

I live around the corner and thought I'd check it out after a year. I've played for 35 years now. Upon entering, I was not greeted and when I said hello, I got a grunt in return. Do not touch signs everywhere. Paltry selection, overpriced as well. Was never asked if I needed help. But the dude sure did hawk me the entire time I was there. Shops like this aren't needed anymore and I have a hard time seeing this place even existing not too far in the future. There's no reason to go there.

I recently came in for a setup on my Fender bass. Michael and his staff were super helpful and were able to get it done quickly at a reasonable price, even during this busy holiday season. The neck on the bass still has some issues, but I appreciated that they reached out to have me come by and play it before getting into more costly work. I would highly recommend them for any setup or repair work. Thanks again!
