Excellent selection of PRS guitars and amps and knowledgeable and friendly staff. They do a great job on setups as well and will stand behind any product they sell. I've also been taking lessons with Ryan for a few months and my playing has improved significantly since. I highly recommend this store for music gear and instruction!

Great selection of guitars and High end effects pedals. Jeff is always great and knowledgeable. Also, just had my PRS s2 setup and pick ups swapped out and they did an awesome job. Would rather support a great local small business like this over music and arts, guitar center and all the online stores.

A longtime dread naught owner I came here to find a smaller, better fitting quality guitar. Store owner, Jeff was helpful, pointing me to a number of pieces to try, and giving me time and space to take in and try out a number of pieces from the store's well thought-out inventory. WHn none of these guitars I was trying was quite working for me, he steered me to just the guitar I needed and wanted. Happy customer.

These people are awesome. I live clear across the country, literally on an island and I purchased a guitar from them. Jeff is a true professional with the utmost attention to detail. His communication was clear, prompt and concise. My instrument was packaged professionally and it arrived in a timely manner. I highly recommend Bay Tunes! Five stars

I found myself with a free 20 minutes and decided to wander over with my 2 kids from Panera Bread after lunch. I've been going down the guitar rabbit hole for a while now searching for the perfect tone - and it's a bottomless pit. Maybe I'd find it here I think to myself? We walked in and the place full of beautiful guitars and I'm thinking this will be a pleasurable experience. It's otherwise empty for a Saturday afternoon. I've been trying to get the kids interested in music for a while now and what better way then a room of beautiful instruments. It's about 5 seconds before I'm greeted by a man that says "we don't usually allow drinks". I'm thinking okay, "usually". "What should I do with our drinks?" I ask.
His eyes motion to the door and he says firmly now "We don't allow drinks in here". My kids were a little confused. I thought a suggestion to leave the drinks somewhere was were he was headed, but he turned icy cold. It was clear that he wanted to continue whatever he was reading behind the counter in his empty store and not offer an alternative.
I don't mind the rule, but the way it was offered wasn't my favorite. I'm not confrontational, so I offered a "so glad we stopped in". We left, and my 8 year old daughter said to me "why would anyone buy anything from that man". I told her that "A rule is a rule, but an ass will usually always be an ass". It's a hard place for a store to survive in an internet shopping world. I really want to support local, but I can't and won't support Bay Tune.

Bay Tunes repaired my classical guitar. I could not have been any happier. Their technician went above and beyond what he promised. Not only did they fix a broken plastic part, they replaced it with bone. I had no clue my frets needed to filed down on the edges. It turned out like fine artwork. Their prices are beyond fair. These guys are amazing! And, amazing turn around time.

What can I say other then. DON'T GO THERE.Terrible customer service and even worse people. There were 3 people watching tv when I went in there and not one of them looked away to greet me.and I haven't even got to the problem yet. I took a guitar into them to have them look over top to bottom.told them I needed to make sure it worked as it would be a Xmas present.after dropping it off and having to pick it up the next day.
I assume so they can go thru it. I pick up the guitar and take it home after being assured that everything was good to go and low and behold.it doesn't work.i called and the resident lacky says no.i didn't test it at all. I bring it back into them and express my disappointed and I'm told that I'm out of line. They charged me to do a job that shouldn't have been performed.
So now I have an electric guitar that has been reduced to an acoustic. The owner of the place tells me to leave and then refuses to give me any of there names.all the signs of a guilty man. Hard to believe people like this are allowed to be in business in a small town just to take advantage of the people who live there. I'm on my way to where I should have gone to begin with. GUITAR CENTER. My own fault I guess.what a horrible place with horrible people

Bay tunes is a great guitar store. I live very close to them and I've been using them for years now and haven't been dissatisfied. the owner bruce is constantly working in store and is super friendly. The other employee is a little disregarding at times but if you ask him a question he will help you out with reasonable advice.
