The people at Grafton Piano and Organ Co., Inc., are the BEST! I was looking for a practice organ and found one at Grafton. Neil, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the sales and performance of Allen Organs. I also had the opportunity to meet Glenn Grafton and speak with his brother Dennis. By the time I left after purchasing the organ, I felt like part of the family.

I was amazed at how careful and neat Josh and his helper were delivering the organ. (They even put blankets on the hardwood floors to avoid any scratches.) What a wonderful group of business people. The customer always come first! If you are looking for a piano or organ, I strongly recommend Grafton. They left a very positive impression. I know that if I have a problem, they will take care of it immediately. MANY THANKS to all of you!

I have an electric kawaii piano that was in need of repair. I live in West Chester and was thrilled to find Grafton who offered to come down to take care of it. Josh was wonderful to work with and persevered waiting for parts and traveling to West Chester more than once. I honestly can't recommend Grafton enough. So happy to have my piano back and I appreciate Josh's persistence to get to the root of the problem and repair it.

For my wife's 40th birthday I had planned on getting her a baby grand piano, which she had always dreamed of owning. We were in the process of building a new home, and she had just the spot picked out for it. One night, I was scrolling through Facebook, and I came across an ad from Grafton Piano for a beautiful Kawai baby grand in a black color. I reached out immediately, and got a response right away.

We went the next night to look at the piano, and were greeted by the friendliest woman. She was very knowledgeable, and was happy to answer all of our questions. She even played the piano for us. They were so accommodating that they agreed to hold the piano until our house was built. When we were ready for delivery, we reached out, and they delivered it within a few days. This well- established family business is exactly the way most small businesses were built and run for numerous generations in America many years ago. The members of the Grafton family are such expert, knowledgeable and sincerely helpful piano sellers. We had an amazing experience in store and during the entire process of deciding, purchasing, and owning our pre-owned Steinway grand piano.
