After researching and calling multiple stores for advice I ordered a pair of Electro-Voice ZLX-15BTs with other misc things from Kraft Music online. There were a couple of websites offering the same for about $250 less but their online reviews were terrible. I'd rather spend a little more and go with a trusted business. I ordered them in the late evening and they were on my porch 2 days later.

I'm in N.W. Indiana, I'm somewhat close but 1.5 days later? That's pretty good in my book. Everything was packed very well and nothing was damaged. I would buy from them again.

I spoke with two employees at Kraft, David and, I believe, Ken. Both were very kind and knowledgeable. They were both interested more in providing me with great customer service than making a sale. I was directed to the keyboard that will best meet my needs and all my questions were answered. I could have purchased a keyboard here in San Antonio, Tx, but Kraft deserves my business. I will definitely use Kraft for any further music needs.

The overall experience was pretty great. The ordering process was easy and straightforward. The only complaint I'd have was the shipping process. I ordered the MX-88 Keyboard Synthesizer and the bundle package. It was a bigger order and required two packages. The first one came pretty quickly and all of the items were in brand new condition for the most part.

For example, one of the items was a keyboard stand which had 1-2 dings. It was likely more of a shipping problem rather than a problem with Kraft Music. Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of Fed-Ex Shipping. They have had bad reviews in the past. When my actual Keyboard arrived a few days after the other items, the driver seemed frustrated and in a rush (which didn't bother me) but was pretty rough with my package when delivering it. However, thats only an issue with shipping and not the overall experience with Kraft Music. Also, one other thing I'd recommend is to check your spam/junk mail after ordering something from here.

After I placed my order, I wasn't sure if it went through correctly because I didn't receive an order confirmation for a few hours. Then I just thought to check my spam mail and I saw it was there the whole time. I guess Gmail checks it as spam and asked if I wanted to block the sender but whatever. Overall, my experience was good but the shipping was really my only complaint. 4/5!

I recently wanted to get into guitar and a friend suggested a parlor guitar. I did a little research and heard about this Ibanez. Drove down from Grafton with 2K in my pocket to purchase a new piano. Website claims they're open til 6:00. However, when I arrived, sign on the door says the showroom is closed. Thanks for updating your website. Drove to Guitar Center and got what I needed at a great price.

I know people don't take a lot of time to read these reviews but this one is in your best interest. Long story short. I researched my desired instrument and spent dozens of hours online and on the phone trying to make up my mind and buy the best product available. The manufacturers of this product actually gave me Kraft's number and told me to speak with Adam.

I did so it didn't take more than 15 minutes of conversation with this gentleman who knew the product inside and out. I made My decision while I was on the phone with him to purchase a $4,000 instrument. That was on Friday after lunch by Saturday evening the instrument was at my door. I got exactly what I wanted for a better price than I expected quicker than I could have imagined how do you beat that?

Even Amazon can't beat it. So now you know where you should make your purchase and if it's a keyboard speak with Adam there's no one more knowledgeable, friendly, who cares about selling you a quality instrument. If you buy somewhere else don't come back and cry to me you've been warned this is the place you want to go. Tony

I had been having a difficult time finding a specific Yamaha keyboard. Hit the chat button on the Kraft Music site, and Scott C. answered within seconds. I explained what I was looking for, and he immediately found it in inventory for me, and gave me tips to navigate the ordering process. Awesome job Scott! If my keyboard is as good as your customer service, I'm a happy camper!

I sent Kraft music an email three days ago but still haven't received a response even though I received an email stating one business day to respond. Asked if there was any discount code that could be applied to my order and I was told there was not and then received an email for "KRAFT BUCKS" is discount codes after I had already placed my order which, was worth more than what was discounted from the service department tech.

I found a lower price on two different websites which fit Kraft Music requirements on an item but the company was not willing to cover the difference but did offer a discounted rate. I'm originally from Wisconsin (born and raised) and wanted to support a hometown business which, I did by purchasing $1,080.63 worth of equipment, but I'm not sure if it was the right decision after my experience with Kraft Music. However, I wish them all the best in their future endeavors. "Forward"

I drove all the way out here for two hours and didn't realize the show room was closed. But they do offer curbside pick up. I didn't realize this until I spoke to Bill house, I called the 800 number while waiting outside and Bill was an extraordinary service representative. Thanks to him and the great warehouse people I was in and out in 15 minutes. Bought it $1400 piano over the phone, Bill was kind enough to call the warehouse and let them know I was outside, the warehouse people were extremely friendly and very helpful helping me put everything in the car.

I don't think this could've been a better experience even if I had been in the showroom floor, thanks Bill for your excellent service. And to the owner. congratulations, this is how you run a successful business!

After researching online, I decided to purchase a Yamaha Arius YDP-184 from Kraft Music. Their website provided the most thorough information. I found out through their site that this particular digital piano came with a three year manufacturer's warranty, which makes extended warranty, offered by two other vendors, useless and unnecessary. I chose the rosewood finish which makes my piano almost look black.

It is a beautiful piece of equipment and it sounds marvelous. The piano was delivered by FedEx freight to my door in eight days. There were no scratches or damages. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Ordered the Yamaha P125B digital piano package. The website was extremely easy to use and exceptionally informative. Communication about order status was superb. Kraft emailed me a YouTube video before the products arrived explaining exactly how to assemble the piano stand which would have been a little tricky without the video. All in all, a very good experience. I would definitely call on Kraft again

I've purchased a Roland drum from their website and there is a cable missing. The support is soooooooo terrible that the guy in the phone refuse to answer any question. He's attitude is like "go f**k yourself and do not bother with me". I really regret that I did not buy my equipment from a more reputable online dealer like sweetwater. My suggestion is that you should stay away from the stupid Kraft music

Excellent service. In this day an age, when everybody complains about late deliveries, they shipped my keyboard (free) and I received it when I wanted it. I also got tracking information. What else do you expect? Further, the price was right and I even got a small discount.

Terrible place. Don't ever buy anything from them. They sold me a Roland electric piano which required assembly, but the assembly kit didn't have the required screws. After arguing that I had lost the screws, they finally sent me some knock-off screws that they had around their shop or something, and not Roland's actual hardware. Needless to say it didn't work and I have a useless, unassembled piano. Rip off. Stay away from Kraft Music!

A really great company with a superb customer support. I've purchased a number of things through their website over the past year and everything has gone smoothly each time. My customer representative, JAKE BLAKE, is the best. Not only is he one of their talented in-house guitar players who is featured playing many of their guitars in their demos, but he responds to my queries with great patience and very helpful comments. I even just recently purchased a guitar based on his advice and it has turned out to be a wonderful choice.

I was searching the internet for a Roland piano and found Kraft Music offering a great package deal on the Roland piano I was researching. I was fortunate to speak with David Hall, Senior Sales advisor (who obviously enjoys his work and values his customers) when I called with questions. David was very professional and knowledgable, answered all my questions and offered to help with any future questions or issues.

I was especially appreciative of his offer to upgrade my headphones or the piano bench, an offer made without my asking. My order arrived on time with everything included; I'm happy to support and highly recommend Kraft Music.

I had a wonderful experience with Kraft Music, and am so glad I chose them for my purchase! After doing a lot of research, I decided on purchasing the Yamaha P-125 bundle through Kraft Music. It was so convenient to make one purchase that included everything I needed (piano stand, bench, sustain pedal, etc). They reached out to me personally to ensure that I received everything, and to let me know they were available if I needed help with setup.

They were even kind enough to give me a recommendation for sheet music. The tracking of my order was super helpful as well. I will definitely be using Kraft Music in the future and 100% recommend!

My first attempt to purchase from Kraft Music was back in May 2017 for a Headrush pedal-board powered by Eleven from Avid. They seemed friendly and helpful enough but a month later and the Headrush was no where near delivery. Then to find out they are not even an Avid dealer. I cancelled the order and purchased a Headrush board at a nice discount ($899 vs. $1,029.99) from Sweetwater who was an Avid dealer.

I received that board quickly. So I saw that they were a Mankin Electronics dealer and after talking with Kraft I placed an order which included a bundled Gator case and two free sound library SD cards were promised. After I had paid and they shipped the order I was then told there was only one free SD card sound library. Kraft had offered interest free financing and I was told to simply select auto-pay and minimum monthly payment.

I quickly found out that was not true either and went back and calculated out the monthly payments to avoid any interest and eventually just paid the loan off early. They sold me on "deferred interest" by quoting me the terms for "no interest, equal payments". Watch these guys on misleading financing. I was also told that they would contact me when the sound library was in and ship to me. No.

I had to call them after a month and they discovered that my CD had been in house and no one bothered to call me and ship the CD. As far as support for the Memotron such as why some of the lower keys did not trigger sounds on some samples I had to finally contact Mankin Electronics in Germany. Kraft had the last of the Roland Boutique TB-03 Bass Lines so I ordered one and they promised to double box.

They double boxed but the Roland box arrived very much smashed up right from their warehouse. No resolution other than a comment from them that they should not have sent the product out that way. No replacement no discount, no return. At least the TB-03 survived. They could order the Korg Wavestate so I spoke with them again. I mentioned that the Gator GK-49 case they bundled my Memotron with had damaged the finish of the keyboard.

They offered to send out a free white cover for the Memotron. And here we go again. I get this email later: "Being so far out from your order, I can't send a free white dust cover, but I tell you what - If you pre-order the Korg Wavestate, I'll throw in the white dust cover with your future order. If you're looking to place that order, it's win-win, anyway." Yeah it was w win-win for me.

I ordered the Korg Wavestate through The Sound Parcel and the keyboard arrived safely. I would never ever recommend or buy from Kraft Music. In fact today I cancelled my Kraft Music credit card.

What a wonderful experience I had with Kraft Music today! I've been doing tons of research on digital piano keyboards in the last couple weeks and, thankfully, came across Kraft. I was close to making my decision, but opened an online chat just to get confirmation that I was making the right one. I got to work with both David and Jake, both who were very friendly and sociable, rather than the usual "standard response" you get from chat sessions. David was very patient with me as I compared prices and worked with me on making the perfect customized bundle just for me. I really appreciate the personal care, conversation, and support!

Many thanks to Siri at Kraft Music for her great customer service, recommendations, feedback, and answering my several questions (love that live chat feature!). She helped to get me a great bundle deal on a refurbished Yamaha keyboard (works just like new!). And when there was an issue with a tear in the keyboard bench, she quickly shipped me a new one w/o me having to send the damaged one back. Great prices, bundle options, demo videos, customer service/support, plus free shipping! Highly recommended.

I have been working with Adam at Kraft for over a decade now. I have purchased all sorts of recording and audio equipment from Kraft. Adam serves as my advisor to be sure I'm ordering exactly what I need at the best prices. I have compared Kraft prices to Musicians Friend, Sweetwater, KMC, Guitar Center, other local music shops, etc. I normally find the best prices at Kraft.

I have never had a problem with anything I purchased at Kraft. I have never ordered online through Kraft. I prefer to go into the showroom. If you decide to visit the showroom, call first to be sure your advisor is available. I have had nothing but excellent service from Adam at Kraft. In fact, I'm at Kraft now picking up my newest order.

I ordered a digital piano from Kraft Music as a Christmas gift for my son. I used the "chat" feature on their website to verify it was in stock, and would arrive before Christmas. I received a response immediately, and was assured the items were in stock and would ship the same day if the order was placed before a certain time. I placed my order, and received a shipping confirmation later that day, with an eta well before Christmas (order was placed Dec. 10th and arrived on the 14th). Also. Kraft had the best price I found (shipped, tax free).

Fantastic customer service! Speedy delivery! Everything was just perfect. The guitar sounds and looks beautiful. Everything that was supposed to come in the bundle, did.
