My wife bought me a used Antonio Hermosa AH-10 classical guitar from Jensens for Christmas. They sold it to her for $300. I can't find one on the Internet for more than $200. Yes, she should have researched before she purchased.and NO, she should not have trusted Jensens to give her an honest price.

Had to have an emergency repair done before a show these guys had me out the door and no time for a marginal expense. Super knowledgeable guitar techs for both electric and acoustic. Excellent service.

Met one of their workers playing at Wine Therapy downtown. Store has a whole lot to offer considering its size. Cool selection of new and used gear. Knowledgable friendly staff, fair deals and repairs.

Love this store. I've been coming here for years, and I always leave feeling happy and satisfied.maybe it's all the guitars. But seriously, all the people I've experienced here love music, enjoy helping people and Jensen seems to have someone who knows about every style of music you can think of. This will continue to be my first stop whenever I need a new instrument or advice. Their prices are competitive too.

Johnny with the electronics is like MacGyver -- a magician and wizard. Chris the owner is always fair and knowledgable. Done business with them for 40 years, all good.

BE ADVISED! The phone number that is listed for Jenson's Guitars is NOT their phone number but rather it is my home phone number and I am absolutely sick and tired of getting a couple dozen phone calls for these people who obviously don't care about the deflected business. To be clear I have never been there and have no idea as to the in store service experience and thus the lowest rating only concerns the phone number dilemma.

I had the loveliest experience. I am trying to get back into playing the guitar and I am very tentative. So, they allowed me to go into one of their instruction rooms where it was quiet and I could really play (and even sing) unfettered by the prospect of someone 'hearing me' (ghasp!). I found the loveliest guitar and Chris, the owner was just so kind.

For me, buying a musical instrument is an issue of the heart. Well, my Heart is SO HAPPY! Fabulous guitar, great price. I will definitely rely on this store for all future instrument and peripheral needs. Just a world class provider with instruments of every price and quality. Infinite Love Jilly

Cool place, cool people. You can trust them with your repairs, have the day to day stuff you need and can order whatever else. Some nice used gear. I only wish their electric instrument and amp section was larger! Give them a visit.
