Bill Jones Music started as Kimball Piano & Organ Centers in 1973, founded by then partners Bill Jones and Jerry Godolphin. Over the years we have grown into the largest piano dealership in East Tennessee with stores in Knoxville, and Chattanooga. Jerry Godolphin left the partnership in the 1980s to pursue other interests with Bill staying on.

Bill Jones Music is a wonderful place to purchase any and all musical instrument needs. The owner, Bill Jones, is a pleasure to do business with. The rest of his staff is equally as nice. They are well versed in what they sell, and will help you pick the right product. We've purchased a keyboard, 2 ukuleles, and a violin from them. Needless to say, we'll be back for any other purchases in the future.

My wife and I visited the store and we found a great electric piano. The service was professional and friendly and we would up buying a Yamaha electric piano. The delivery was yesterday and went smoothly. My wife truly loves this piano. The keyboard has the feel of a real piano and sounds fantastic. The features of playing different music makes the experience wonderful. Bill Jones Music is the place to go for electric pianos and real pianos!

In the market for a baby grand piano, decided to stop by and see what my options were. Was essentially shushed by the sales rep when I tried to play a piano because they were tuning a piano. "He'll be done in about 15 minutes." I guess because I'm 25 and dress casual they thought I wasn't a serious buyer. Oh well. Off to lane music where they are always welcoming. Bill Jones shop is beautiful though.

We needed to move a piano from one house to another and Bill Jones Music was very helpful and accommodating. They told us what it would cost, when they would be there and there were no surprises other than a stress free experience. We used Bill Jones based on reputation and can see the level of customer service they continue to deliver in order to maintain the excellent reputation they have earned.

My daughter has been taking piano lessons here for 5 or more years and we are extremely happy with the progress she's made since starting. We got really lucky and she has Katie as an instructor and we can't recommend her enough. She's been a great teacher and positive influence for my daughter. I highly recommend Bill Jones Music for music lessons and especially Katie for piano. The value for money spent is incredible and everyone is nice and supportive. Highly recommended and great value.

This was definitely not what I was expecting. When I first walked in, I was not greeted, just as I was at other stores. I even said hello, and it 5 minutes to say it back. After that, I tried one of the pianos. It was very nice, and I was playing quietly. Unfortunately I was told to turn it down. You cannot turn down a grand piano. I was very unimpressed. They will not have my business in the future.

My daughter has taken piano from Barbara Nichols at Bill Jones for 4 years and there aren't words to express how highly I recommend her for your student. She is a gifted player, and excellent at explaining the work you need to do. The studio space at Bill Jones Music is lovely, and when we bought our first piano from them we got an excellent deal!
