Vince is great! I took lessons from him for a while and he's a very good teacher. I need to get back for more. I've bought great gear there. He has done great setups for me. And I got a fair deal selling him an instrument.

Took my strat in for a setup and everything was messed up. Had to take it somewhere else to fix the messy and just plain wrong work.

Came in after being on the road for several months with my Martin acoustic/electric guitar. The folks at music city did a wonderful job. They adjusted my truss rod (which was starting to create string buzz) and set up the guitar beautifully. Coming from NYC to Buffalo, I was concerned I wouldn't find the right place to get my guitar taken care of. I can say with confidence I have found the best spot in Buffalo, no question. Vince helped get me into Berklee College of Music as a teacher and provided me with some of the best guitar gear I own today. I brought in a new five string bass to be set up, strings changed, etc and they did a great job. And quick! They intonation on the bass now is super. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend them for luthier work.

Wonderful friendly and knowledgeable staff. My son's guitar instructor, Morris, is patient with his ADHD and always encouraging. We bought a used acoustic guitar for a great price and it plays nicely - staff helped us choose one that would be good for a beginner. Can't recommend this place enough. Fantastic locally-owned music store! I recently bought a ukulele here and Vince the owner went above and beyond in helping to find the right instrument for me. Friendly, knowledgeable, with competitive prices. A real gem of a store!

I've known Vince, and his wonderful family, for about two decades now. I've bought guitars, basses, amps, strings, cords, picks, pedals, keys, drums, a didjeridoo. The list goes on. Other stores just don't draw me in, least of all Guitar Center (that's a cold place). Vince has set up many of them, taken some back in trade, and just generally always been there to help me with my guitar addiction. This is the kind of hometown store, and people, you want to support. I do.

Great costumer service. The guy who helped us was very nice and was open to answer any questions we had. My daughter plays the violin and was looking in to getting one. She found a good one for a good price. Very pleased with our service here.
