At Piano Lab of Colorado Springs, we take pride in our ability to impart piano skills across various genres and styles. Our philosophy is that the most effective way to learn piano is by playing what captivates and inspires you.
Middle schoolers and up can continue through the piano adventures series while adding intermediate classical repertoire, jazz improvisation, pop piano, blues, and make song requests from the music that inspires them.
Adult students - choose your own adventure! Want to improve your music reading skills? Learn to play Billy Joel? Modern Classical? We will tailor lessons to your needs and curate a list of exciting songs to learn.

In-Studio lessons are $35* for (1) 30-minute lesson (billed at $140*/month) or $70* for (1) 60-minute lesson (billed at $280*/month).

Don’t live in the Colorado Springs area? Don’t have time to get to a piano lesson in person? No problem! While we’ll miss seeing you in person, we’re more than happy to meet with you virtually.
Online lessons can be a little more challenging for younger kids so we ask that remote piano lessons be limited to kids aged 10 and up.

Ambient Improvisation On Felt Piano
This is a 50 year old upright prepared piano. It has a layer of felt between the hammers and strings, giving it a muted, cinematic sound.
