Bucks Piano Movers

This company moved our piano to our daughter's home back in June. The front wheel fell off when moved, was told that always happens. Wheel placed in pocket and told no worries. After piano set up in new location and was tuned, movers left and did not replace the front wheel. When contacted was told he would drop it in the mail. Well it is now. approaching October and still no front wheel! My daughter and son in-law have called numerous times and told the same line over and over! Warning to any one using this company! Watch out for missing wheels!

They originally gave us a 2 week estimate for delivery. 2 MONTHS later after multiple unreturned messages and 2 separate scheduled deliveries where they completely no-showed without ANY communication we had to get a different company to pick up the piano from them. Unprofessional, rude, and completely inconsiderate of other people's time. Cannot possibly recommend them less. EDIT: The owner's claim that "they thought it was best to find someone else to move the piano" is laughable. WE booked a new company to move the piano once it became clear they were not capable.

And no I was in no way "abusive" towards any employees despite now showing TWICE without a communication. They took the contract during the pandemic, gave us the original 2 week estimate during the pandemic, and was to be delivered to a low impact county without travel restriction. There is simply no excuse for service THAT low in quality. The new company delivered the piano here in a week and a half by the way.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Tried to get a piano moved. They set a day and told me they would call the day before to give me a time. That was the last I heard from them. No call, no show.

Very easy to coordinate with. Called with a time window just like they said they would. And delivered our upright piano from point A to point B quickly and efficiently. They quoted me a price and stuck to that price. Definitely would recommend.

UNRELIABLE, Complicated and Oportunistic! Beware of these guys, they let me down TWICE and they will let you too!. We were scheduled on Friday to move my Grand Piano. They cancelled me a day before because an office move showed up [read: a better paid job!]. Then we rescheduled for next Monday (which was complicated enough for me to organize since my lease was over on Sunday).

They provided me first with a 4hour window, a night before they confirmed and gave me a 2hour window. However, they decided not to show up to our appointment on Monday and moved on to their next customer because I apparently did not answer the phone (I didn't even know I was supposed to answer calls for a confirmed appointment). I waited for them the entire 4 hours and called after the given time was up; They were supposed to call back with an alternative but they never did. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. One has enough to handle while moving but to deal with unprofessionals.

After some phone tag with the owner, I was able to schedule moving an upright piano as well as a grandfather clock and a china cabinet from the 1940s. They moved things quickly and carefully. Thanks Bucks Piano Movers.

Horrible company. Lied about delivery date (Delivered this piano 7 days later), didn't answer my phone messages and damaged my porch steps and floors inside the house. When I asked them to fix the damage I was told that they're not going to do it and that I made everything up. The owner of this company is extremely rude and unprofessional. Run away from this company.

I was helping my girlfriend plan her move across the country and she has an upright piano that needed to be stored. So, I connected with Bucks Piano Movers and they made the whole process easy!

I didn't know who to call to move our very delicate and expensive piano. I have to say I'm glad my friend Matt told me about these guys. They were prompt and so, so very careful with our piano. I highly recommend them and would def use them again. Hope I don't have to move for a long time but if I do I'm calling these guys.

These guys are fantastic. They meticulously moved our baby grand piano and were able to store it with no problems at all. They arrived on time and had no hidden fees. Definitely worth it! 5 stars! thanks guys

I called them up to move my piano because I had sold it and they took really good care of it, I would trust them again to handle any of my property. They also had really spacious piano storage and I was really happy I called them. Would recommend to anyone that needs to move their piano.
