John Soto music was born out a passion for music, gear, and proaudio equipment, John Soto was born in Colombia (South America). Growing in church and attending services 3 times a week John got to be around musicians and music. After taking lessons and playing at church John went to UNAB university where he studied piano.
In 2000 he moved to the USA and starting working at Andy Owings Music Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, in 2004 he moved to Georgia where he lived for 10 years.
John always surround himself of musicians, always around mixers, speakers, microphones and musical instruments. He began providing guitars strings for his friends, later he added cablesand that is how John started thinking about converting his hability to find instruments in a small buniness.
He started selling used instruments to his friends and musicians around town, making deliveries to musicians who lived within 30 miles. After a few years doing that, John was able to save some money and have a small capital to star John Soto Music. in 2012 John Soto Music was born.
Today we still growing we carry the mayor brands in the music industry: Soundcraft, Nord keyboards, Electro voice speakes, etc.We are small company we are not going to denied it. Our warehouse is small and we have a few people working at John Soto Music. We are a small business that is growing slowly but surely.

So pleased to have been able to do business with John. He was super professional, friendly and attentive to all our audio needs from the very beginning to the very end. He went above and beyond with helping us get some equipment fixed as well as helping us pick the right new equipment for our church. We never felt like he was trying to get more money out of us and we never felt uncomfortable during the process.
When I tell you he went above and beyond - I'm not kidding! He was at our church from 9am until 7pm ensuring everything was connected and hooked up properly. He tested our new mixer, the speakers and he even helped us through rehearsals. We had a lot of questions for him (what can I say, we're not that tech savvy) but he patiently and gladly answered ALL of our questions. Excellent customer service all the way around. We are very impressed and grateful!

I was in the market for an entry level guitar for my nephew. I ran across a video that John put together demonstrating the guitar and talking about how he thought it was a very nice instrument.
