South Jersey Music is an independent music store located in Southern New Jersey.We arelocated at 415 Egg Harbor Rd in Washington Twp, Gloucester County, New Jersey. (Washington Center Shoppes - ACME Shopping Center).
We are a full line Musical Instrument Store. We provide Music lessons for all ages and instruments. All of teachers are well trained and educated in the music arts.

South Jersey Music lesson policies are standard practice though out the music retail industry and other studio based programs (ie; dance studios, karate gyms and sporting facilities) .
The difference here at South Jersey Music is we do NOT require contracts or sign up fees and our teaching staff are highly qualified college graduates with many years of experience teaching and playing in the music industry.
Lesson Fees & Payment
1. The cost of weekly lessons is $20. 00 per 30 minutes. Lesson are payable Monthly.
What does this mean?
* On AUTOPAY, we will charge your debit or credit card $80. 00 each month per student that is signed up for 30 minute lessons. The cost for each additional family member will be $78. 00
* Keep in mind going on AUTOPAY does NOT obligate you to continue lesson
On AUTOPAY we would charge your account on or about the 1st of each month.
If you wish to discontinue lessons, you are still free to do so without penalty, provided we are notified by the 21st of the month (i. e. we are by May 21st if you wish to stop lessons effective June 1st) . To discontinue lessons please fill out a DROP REQUEST FORM (available at the sales counter) .

It was my 1st time there? I didn't know SJ Music was behind Arbys? They are very nice to us. helping us find picks for our gautar? They have all kinds of books on repairs and any information, if you need help two brothers own the SJ Music. Super good guy and he was very helpful. I was impressed I'll send my friends there or my nephew he's just learning how to play and I'll find out n update this. They may have lessons?

Took in an old amp that wasnt working and they checked it out. it turns out that its not broken, i think i must have beeen using a bad cord. he didnt charge me for it. this place is cool they have some cool instruments and equipment for sale as well as music books supplies etc. also nice employees. pls support this local shop.

The luthier at this repair shop was the ABSOLUTE BEST around the area. Possibly the best in the country, in my opinion. I was a little unsatisfied with the action of a guitar I just bought on Amazon. This magician gave me a guitar setup that was legendary. If you need a guitar repair, or set up, this is where you go. You deserve to have the best. Plus, the price is great.

Good spot for live music and if you go early, to get a table to enjoy dinner and wine before/during the show. The reason for the 4 and not a 5 is because they need proper ventilation in the kitchen to remove the sometimes heavy smell of fried cooking. Give it a try, the food and service are good and glad to have this place close to home!

I visited south Jersey music recently. There staff i think both owners are polite and knowledgable. They were able to answer all of my questions and I even learned a thing or two about the clarinet. I went into buy a clarinet for my 9 year old daughter and and they talked me into renting one until I was sure she would stick with it. It is not about the almighty dollar at south jersey music. Customer service is their first priority and I felt like a friend or even family while I was there.
