Located in Riverdale, just south of Ogden, Utah, we proudly serve Northern Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, and other surrounding states. We have also repaired equipment from all over the United States and accept warranty and non-warranty repairs that are shipped to us. Music Village Services is proud to have a nationally recognized service center in-house to handle all of your repair and service needs.
Located in Riverdale, just south of Ogden, Utah we offer a convenient location close to shopping and eating areas as well as easy access from I-15. Our easy to access location allows us to serve students from the surrounding areas from Tremonton and Logan in the north to Kaysville and even Centerville in the south.
We know you are anxious to get your gear quickly and strive to ship orders same day. 2:00PM MST is our cutoff time for same day processing. Additionally orders with customization or special requests may take more time but will be quoted upon order as necessary. Not only do we process your order quickly but our close proximity to carrier Regional Hub sorting facilities allows us to serve the entire contiguous United States in 1-4 days in most cases.We have shipped 10's of thousands of packages all over the world and make sure all items are properly packaged to arrive to you ready to rock.

I had ordered a amp on Amazon it was not to my liking , didn't have everything on it I expected .Returned it and music village required I ship back at my cost of $62. I even called and spoke with a person at village music. Refused to send a return prepaid label. Not happy and will not order from them again.

Very happy to have found this place. The selection is great and the customer service is fantastic. Justin was very helpful with my guitar purchase. He set up my guitar perfectly and was extremely knowledgeable. I never felt like they were trying to push a sale and always felt like my best interest was kept in mind. I take lessons here and this place is run like a navy ship. its airtight and the service is amazing. all the salesman are friendly and the management isn't focused on money, it's focused on music. this is a refreshing change of pace from your local guitar center especially considering they are based in that location and aren't a chain. you'd be hard pressed to find any greivance with the service, the instruments, the instructors, the sales staff, or the store itself. go here if you need lessons. go here if you need a new instrument. just go here! you will have a good experience.

Our daughter has been taking guitar lessons for over a year. Her progress has been incredible! The teaching staff here is second to none. The same goes for the sales staff, very knowledgeable. Whenever we have had a question about current equipment or needed an upgrade the staff has always been great!

I went to music village in Riverdale to rent my son a violin. We had been to a few different places around town and already had experienced sub par customer service. I expected the same here. Then we met Payton. Not only did he bring out multiple options for us to see the difference in violins, he explained the prices, gathered accessories for us, and was pleasant and cordial the entire time.
He answered our questions and gave my kiddo confidence that he wasn’t getting in over his head. For a young kid he really has a knack for customer service and was willing and able to go the extra mile even if it was just for an instrument rental. I appreciated him taking the time, and being so easy to work with.

I bought a few Yamaha acoustics from Music Village USA and they're all very nice guitars but this last purchase was the best one so far. I bought an AC3M ARE and it looks and sounds great! My sales person, Justin, was very personable and friendly and he even set up the guitar before shipping it. I will definitely shop at Music Village USA again in the future.

I'm all the way in Boston, MA yet this awesome music store all the way in Utah provided me some of the best service I've ever received. I had been wanting a PRS guitar for a long time. I finally broke down and decided to get one. I was researching them on eBay and wanted to find a reputable seller, who had good ratings, the guitar I wanted at a reasonable price, and most importantly was an authorized PRS dealer so I could have the full manufacturer's warranty.
I came across Music Village, did a little bit more research, found they met all my qualifications, and decided to try them out. Within less than a half an hour from buying and paying for the guitar via PayPal/eBay, I got a personal (not canned or "one size fits all") message from Justin who is their online sales manager. He thanked me for my purchase, confirmed they were getting it setup and ready for shipment, and that they would ship it promptly.
He also answered a few questions I had as well. Due to me being across the country and them offering FREE shipping, it took a full week to get to me. But I knew from the message I got from Justin that they shipped it, was provided a tracking number, and knew it had quite a length to travel...so I patiently waited and hoped it got to me in good shape.
When I got it, it came in a box you would NEVER be able to tell just traveled the better part of 3,000 miles in a week. It was as if I had purchased it in the box right from the store in Utah myself. It came secured in the heavy padded PRS bag with the accessories, registration paperwork, and receipt. It was flawless, not a finger print on it from packing it up, and it came strung, tuned, and ready to play.
I would very much recommend MV to anyone looking for a great experience when buying musical instruments. Amazing products, best prices you'll find, and extremely good service. I'd definitely recommend you reach out to Justin if you have any questions as he was great. Huge props to MV USA! Thanks for the experience!

This is a good size store with a nice selection of accoustic and electric guitars as well as drums and band instruments. I play guitar so I havent paid much attention to the other instrments etc, but the selection looks nice. They also do repairs, with factory authorizations from Peavey and Fender that I know of, im sure there are others. Call them.
The salesman are very helpful. Wim and Chris have always treated me right, ask for them. You want find a Wal Mart, I mean Guitar Center experience here, but if thats what your after your not a real musician anyway. If you want to buy an instrument from a commissioned salesman your not using your head. You can take the Guitar Center corporate experience and burn it down for all I care, the place sucks. I say boycott it before it ruins whats left of a cool industry. GIVE MUSIC VILLAGE YOUR BUSINESS!
