I would like to share my experience with Frank and Seta Music over the last decade. When I was back in college, I made my first purchase from Frank - a relatively inexpensive digital piano. Frank made the experience easy and seamless, giving me a fair price and excellent service even though I didn't have a huge budget and probably didn't look the part of a serious piano buyer.

I will always appreciate that he took me seriously and treated me well even though I was a kid. That instrument served me well for many years, but as an adult years later I became interested in the amateur piano classical competition circuit. I knew I would need a higher quality piano that could handle several hours of practice a day, so I purchased another much more expensive instrument from Seta Music.

Just like the first time, Frank made the experience easy as could be. He let me demo the instrument multiple times in his showroom and left me alone for several hours in private to enjoy the piano. Delivery was prompt, he was helpful to arrange financing, and everything went as well as it possibly could have with my purchase and delivery experience.

During the many years I have been a Seta Music customer, I have encountered a couple of issues with my instruments that required service from the manufacturer. Frank and Seta Music stepped up each and every time, always making sure I was taken care of. I can honestly say that I feel Frank has his customer's backs, and that makes me happy to be a repeat customer.

As a repeat customer of Seta Music who has also experienced the high quality of after-sales support that they give (even several years later), I can whole-heartedly recommend Frank to any serious pianist. He provides good products, good service, and ultimately will take care of his customers. That is exactly the type of business I want to support.

We couldn't be happier with our experience! Frank is extremely knowledgeable about pianos--different brands, their history, and the inner workings. He got us in for an appointment quickly, and we found and fell in love with a previously-owned Yamaha baby grand (which was delivered a few short days later). Frank pointed out all the small imperfections we may have needed to notice in order to make an educated decision. He will take care of you, make sure you get the perfect instrument for your needs, and even throw in a complimentary tuning once it has acclimated to your home.

Highly recommend Seta Music. Like the other reviewers have noted, Frank Seta was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to do business with. He worked with us to find the perfect Kawai Digital piano for my step son and myself. He gave us a good price and took our older piano in trade. The delivery process went smoothly. I have previously owned Roland and Yamaha pianos, so this was my first experience with Kawai. Let me say, from the sound, to the feel of the keys, , to the great looks, we couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Seta Music. Frank Seta is a true professional. Very easy to work with. Great communication. First class service. Frank sticks with you through the entire process, from selection, to purchase, delivery, and then setup. We purchased a Story and Clark grand with the QRS PNOmation3 system. Frank personally came by the house to help us connect this system to our home network and iPad. Frank uses true piano movers, not "some guys with a truck". Frank arranged for A1 Piano Movers to deliver our new baby grand, and also help arrange for our existing piano to be moved as well. A1 Piano Movers has been family owned and operated for 3 generations. I couldn't be more pleased with both Frank Seta and A1 Piano Movers.

Frank is easy to work with. I rent a grand from Seta Music twice a year; the communication, product and customer service are top notch. In March, I rented the piano and because of a variety of reasons with timing, the tuning provided was not acceptable before our evening concert. I called Frank the day of the concert, and he quickly solved the problem by sending a tuner in time for the event to go forward without a glitch. I would recommend Seta Music and their staff.

We had a wonderful experience working with Frank Seta, the owner. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. His warehouse offers a wide selection of well cared for pianos, allowing us to find the right piano for our price range. Also, he offers a rent-to-own pianos, which is a nice option! Great experience here, and would highly recommend Seta to anyone looking to rent or buy a piano!
