Abba's Music

If you are a new or inexperienced musician, do not go here. These guys will try to take advantage of your naivety and sell you junk for a ridiculous price. They are very pushy and disrespectful salesmen (especially if you're under the age of 50 and enjoy anything but classic rock and country. These guys do not like young musicians.) All of their prices are 25% higher than any other music store in the area and the selection is poor.

Don't let them guys talk you into buying something you don't need. They will eyeball you the entire time you shop as if you are always about to break something. Their luthier services are mediocre. I have been here around 7 times and every time was a bad experience.

Between the two gentleman there I don't think there's a string instrument they can't play or tune not to mention very knowledgeable about sound systems and display

Always gone to Abba's since Chris has had it, Chris is so knowledgeable about any thing music and just one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.

I have had about 7 or 8 guitars setup there. No complaints at all. I had an old Peavey bass amp that needed work and they got it arranged with Peavey and I just could not ask for nicer people to talk to about music. Going back soon to get more work done.

If you want to walk in and feel welcomed, appreciated, and important- this is the place for you. Extremely friendly staff who always have gone above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied before you go. Reasonable prices on everything and if they don't have what you're looking for, they WILL find it! I've shopped here my entire life and while I moved 20 mins away and now have a Guitar Center 1.3mi away from me, I will always go to ABBA's instead.

After being at home for a couple of months last year, and realizing we were not going back to work anytime soon. I decided to take up a new hobby, and I bought a ukulele. The store was excellent, stuff: any string crazy guitar thing you would want. During the time the staff was very accommodating were willing to bring the item outside if I want it or just shut the store down for solo browsing.

I could've ordered it online, but I'm glad that I came into this local store. They treat you really well, and get you set up for success. I've recently gone and decided it's time to learn something new, so I picked up this orange amp which sounds amazing. And an electric guitar. It's just loud enough to annoy every single person in the house. If you're looking for good customer service, and a nice selection then you should give Abba music a try.

I was one of the annoying kids that came in way back when, always too poor to afford anything but, not once did Chris ever chase us off. Knowing good and well we couldn't afford anything, he always took the time to show us instruments if we asked. Allowed us to try amps, guitars, etc without question. One day when I have the chance to come through Henderson, I'll be in to buy some instruments for my kids. Make up for all the time I took up! Glad you're still around!

Stopped in from Minnesota while in the area. Great store and the owner, Chris, showed me around and picked out guitars for me to try. Cordial, knowledgeable, and a great picker, too! Spent over an hour there and it seemed like ten minutes. Enjoyed an eclectic shop that was well worth the stop!

I have been doing business with ABBA"S for several years. No more do I drive long distances to shop around to find a better price or brand. They have done me right every time I've walked in the door and that's becoming more often.
