Rude staff who treat customers like an inconvenience. Extremely slow for a basic repair on my instrument. I was told a one-week turnaround.3 months later and the work still isn't done, and they give me the runaround when I call to check on it. Next time I need anything, I'm going to OKC, rather than giving them my business

I've been going to this music shop (instruments, instructions, supplies) since I moved here. I've seen it go through its ups and downs, and it's always been the #1 shop in town. They have always been great when it came to selection, however; due to Covid their selection has gone down. I only found electronic pianos but a good acoustic/ electronic guitar selection. Go and see what you think.

Sherry was absolutely rude for no reason at all. I called at 3:53 to ask if she would be there 3 minutes late as my guitar string broke and I live 10 minutes away. She said "we close right at 4" and hung up on me. Listen, it's understandable you don't want to stay late but you can be polite about it. Another classic example of small towns knowing they have a monopoly over supplies since there's limited options. Good thing it's 2019 and I can order on amazon!
