I had an exceptional experience as a first time buyer at this store. I purchased an Epiphone J200 EC Studio VS. There was a discrepancy that I identified after the fact. I immediately contacted customer service (it was after hours over a weekend), but they promptly got back to me. The discrepancy was resolved with a very high level of professional courtesy. Just received my koa ovation was packaged very nice and it was everything it was said to be. A lot of ovations have that kind of plastic sound, but this model Ce 44 P sounds like natural wood. Showtime set it up and it not only sounds good but it plays good very happy with this guitar very good company to deal with my first time but won't be my last

Stopped in this morning, and found a gorgeous Vintera Tele, great neck. I literally set it down and was reaching for my wallet. "Hey man, if you wanna check anything, you gotta come get me first and I'll grab it." I've been playing for 25 years, which is probably the age of the kid who ran me out of the store. I'm not going to hurt your precious guitars, kid, because I'm never coming back. Did you guys sell that lake placid tele today?!? Almost.

I can't say enough good things about Showtime Music! The owners and staff treat their customers how they would like to be treated and I think the success of their stores reflects that. No need to go anywhere else for anything and everything music related!

Wow, these guys are incredible. They have awesome service, helpful, knowledgeable, and stand behind their products. I can't say how happy I am that I did business with these guys. As a traveling person you never know what you'll get at music stores. I couldn't be more satisfied with me experience.

Expect to pay MSRP for everything. Snark tuner was $30 here. You can get them online for $17. I didn't notice any American made instruments in here. Just a bunch of cheap models that were overpriced. Not sure what their business plan is here, but I fear that they will suffer the same fate of every brick and mortar store, due to their overpriced foreign inventory.

As a family member of an employee at Showtime music I have visited and enjoyed this store for many many years. Also, the guitar teachers are wonderful people, David, Brandon, and Wes. Couldn't ask for a better staff. All the managers are completely professional and if you want high quality products this is the place to go. Been in business for many years and I can definitely see why. This is a business I will continue to buy from for years to come. Beautiful selection of guitars and sound equipment and overall the best music store in West Virginia!
