Mike's is a full line music store carrying a wide variety of musical instruments and accessories. With three locations in Idaho Falls, Pocatello and Rexburg, Mike's has been serving all of Southeast Idaho since 1980.

Mike's offers rentals of all types, whether it be a band or string instrument, guitar, amp or complete PA system. Minor repair for guitars and amps is available at all three Mike's locations, please call for specifics.

Used Gear Report

We have a great trade-in program that allows you to trade your pre-loved gear in for new or used merchandise. All instrument values are based on current blue book prices and condition of instruments. We also may buy your used gear for cash. Due to our trade in program we have used equipment for sale in all three of our stores.

I've had good experiences whenever I go there. It's a fun store and it has lots of instruments and gear. I love my bass amp I picked up here, and I recently experienced good service and sound advice on how to install new tuners on an old guitar. It's a great place to get ukuleles, guitars, amps, keyboards, and other cool stuff.

Original review was a complaint at one store. After contacting management/owner, they replied promply and went above and beyond to fix the problem, Kurt went above and beyond just fixing the problem. I will definitely be back.

I was looking at a guitar here that I was in love with and was going to buy that day and the salesman pulled it from my hands and said "if your not going to buy it, I'm going to sell it to someone else." After I just finished telling him I'm going to buy it. Very terrible service. Rude workers

Very rude people. Extremely over priced. Their used guitars, even the ones in bad shape, are way too much. They take advantage of you not knowing much about how much a guitar or musical instrument is worth, and they rip you off. Please, do not buy from here. I like to support local businesses, but I will not support this one or the owner who I have witnessed multiple times taking advantage of people. Go to any other music store in Pocatello, but please do not support this business.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they don't have what you are looking for they will help you find it. We have gotten many musical items from this store including a piano, keyboard, sheet music and much more. They also have rental equipment if that is what you are looking for.

Went in with som questions there was no other customers in the store but me. The lady was acting like I was wasting her time! When I left she didn't even say thank you for coming in. I am very dissatisfied with my experience in this store and will definitely not spend any money or even go into the store ever again. Customer's service is a must in businesses but I guess not for this place!
