Mikes Music is ok as it's the only music store in the area. Andy and staff aren't really knowledgeable at all when it comes to Fender guitars though, which is kind of surprising as they are an Fender authorized dealer.

Excellent customer service as well as knowledgeable staff I came in to have my esp ltd serviced due to fret buzz and I thought I was going to need my frets filed and just ended up needing the truss rod adjusted did the labor for free and only charged for a set of strings while waiting for my esp to get re setup I played a Jackson Kelly in the store loved it and ended up buying that as well as another pedal and stand at a great price I would highly recommend Mike's music

Hello all, I just bought another guitar from Mike's music in Fonddulac, WI. It is a Gretsch G2420 Streamliner hollow body. I also bought a hardshell case for it. As usual, the service was excellent. I am going to buy a telecaster this summer and it will be from Mike's. Mike's music is the only music store that I buy from. Everybody is very knowledgeable on instruments.

In the past 2 years I have purchased 3 guitars, a Marshall Amp, and a Fender mini-amp. They are trustworthy and go above and beyond for the customers. Excellent in every way. Thanks, Rob

Visited to sell some guitars I had no more need for. I would say that the prices were fair and reasonable, I can't complain about them. They weren't very conversational but I may have caught them on a bad day, regardless it doesn't really matter. Staff was nice and even though I know next to nothing about guitars they didn't talk down to me so that was appreciated. Overall, a good experience.

I've been to every music shop in Wisconsin 10x over. You can't beat the customer service here. Cool and knowledgeable dudes. Relaxed atmosphere and a fun selection of guitars. They went above and beyond to make my experience perfect! They got me into the guitar I've been wanting for a solid minute now. Set me up just how I liked it and sent me on my way to worry free jamming at home. 11/10 would recommend.

My son wanted to get a starter electric bass. We stopped in this store and were pleasantly surprised! This has the feel of a store from back in my day! The gentleman that helped him was extremely experienced in bass guitar but also played it to let my son hear some if it's capabilities and the sound produced. He was also familiar with my son's speakers and his home production set up.

So hooking the guitar up will be much easier now. They also have almost every type of instrument there along with supplies for them. Definately a good resource for local school band and professional musicians alike! Clean well organized store and wonderful staff!

Massive thanks to Levi Harris, my guitar instructor! I'm 53 years old and he has a gift for teaching people of any age. He helped me with my selection of guitars and has taken me behind the scenes to understand the maintenance and mechanics that go into the guitar.

I was sent to pick up strings for my fiancee for a birthday gift. I am not at all familiar with acoustic guitars and what i came to get was sold out. I was impressed with the help I received in finding a replacement for what i came for. Walking in I felt welcome and was greeted with friendly help. They are knowledgeable and didn't treat me like i was dumb.impressed with this store and the help.

I definitely will return for all of our musical needs as studio time approaches for my fiancee so will the need for more strings lol. Thank you for making my job easier. Jenn
