The gentleman was nice enough to recondition my violin's bridge instead of trying to pitch me a new one. Also had a couple good tips for violin practice. I'll be headed back to purchase a new violin bow here before too long.

I took my Brand new Gibson ES-335 to be repaired at Mercy Guitar after GC in Phoenix botched a Bigsby Install and were afraid to fix it properly. Daniel made short work of it, and the job was done perfectly as it should of been in the first place. The guitar looks and sounds perfect, what a relief. No need to send your guitar somewhere or take it to the big city just take to Daniel at Mercy Guitar Fiddle Dr.

Brought in my father's viola and mom's violin to be reconditioned and brought back to life.these instruments are 90+ years old and Doug did a wonderful job! In addition, I just purchased a new classical guitar and had Daniel adjust the string height for improved playability.again, a wonderful job! Both Daniel and Doug are knowledgeable, friendly and articulate about what needs to be done.

Their costs were very reasonable and they completed the task in the timeframe promised. I highly recommend both as expert in their field of string instrument repair and adjustments for superior performance.skilled craftsmen!

My guitar spent over 40 years just a couple of miles from the ocean. When I moved here the dry air changed everything. It developed a buzz on frets 9 10 11 and 12. It has taken quite a beating over the years and is not much to look at but it played well and there was all that sentimental attachment. I was beginning to think that it was a write-off but Daniel brought it back to life. It was money well spent. Daniel and Doug are nice people too Mercy Guitar & fiddle 928-778-9287

Great place to get work done, and a few cool guitars/fiddles and gadgets for sale. Decent prices and some good dudes too, I took three guitars in on a Wednesday with varying needs (nut replace on two of them, route this here, polish that there, etc) and Daniel had them done and ready by the weekend. All around great service and experience! Definitely bringing them all my projects now!

Hi everyone, I'm Daniel at Mercy Guitar. I just wanna thank you for making my job such an enjoyable one! Not only do I get to work on thousands of sweet guitars, but I also have a great bunch of customers such as you guys! I always tell nasty people that I don't have to put up with their garbage because I have too many good customers like you all! Fortunately, a nasty person in our shop almost never happens!

I also wanna thank the legendary Freddie Cisneros for taking me under his wing and entrusting me with his very own work bench. It's quite the honor for me. To anyone who I have not yet met, I look forward to meeting you and making you and your guitar happy as well! I always tell new customers; "Save your time and money and just come see me first!" From the famous one and only Esteban, to the 9 year old kid practicing in his bedroom, I meet the needs of all my customers and take care of em all just the same and I make em all happy. See you soon! Daniel

I found the guys friendly, helpful and honest. I am happy with my guitar repair and certain that if I had a problem they would stand by their work. Davin S - They did refund your money! You want us to assume they did a bad job but since you didn't post 'before' photos, the 'after' photos prove nothing. How about I assume you are a jerk?

I cannot recommend this shop. I had brought in my Strat Ultra which I hadn't played for 10 years to be cleaned up; the fretboard, frets, and hardware. I could have done it myself but thought I would save some time by taking it to the "experts". They offered to put on a new set of strings as well. When I picked up my guitar a day later, the fretboard and frets had not been cleaned very well and the other pieces of hardware had not been touched at all (there was some light oxidization which I had wanted to be cleaned off) (pictured).

The strings had been put on incorrectly over the top of the LSR nut (pictured). Overall the work was lazy, sloppy, and in the case of the strings, completely amateur. This is not what you want when you drop off an expensive guitar to be worked on. I had to return to the shop to ask for a full refund, which I received.
