I've been going here for over 30 years. Family owned business. Bob and Paul are great guys. Honest and sincere. I moved out of the area but still bring my guitars here for setups etc when I'm in the area and need something.

Curbside pickup only but the google listing says "in-store shopping" Used gear PDF literally doesn't have anything listed on it on their website. Door says masks required but the employee working seemed to be exempt from this. Look elsewhere.

Brought a guitar to be set up and have a switch put in. It took a week, they put a white switch in when the old switch and all my hardware is chrome or black. It wasn't even close to being in tune and when I did tune it it had a buzz to beat the band. To top it off they ain't the friendliest shop owners I've ever dealt with either.

Go no other place! Crossroads take care of their customers! I have been going to them for almost 30 years. Always fair, always friendly! Even just to stop in and chat. This is a REAL music store. Like it used to be and should be.

Many years on the South Shore in the Marshfield area this was my go-to place. Unbelievable prices. Great inventory and knowledgeable staff. Bobby in the boys have been there for years and once again if a small independent store like Crossroads is staying in business all these years you know they are treating their customers well with honest prices then great customer service.
